    The North

Within the Northern vicinity of the city the wealthy gather behind meticulously trimmed hedges and high class victorian architecture. The streets are paved with stone, the buildings are made of brick, and the storefronts are brightly lit and inviting. In the North every establishment is made to cater to the rich and the wealthy. Many such places are used to the sometimes peculiar requests of the otherworldly but here there is little that money cannot buy - weather it be illegal or merely looking the other way. Vampires and Dark Hunters are often found upon these Northern streets, their long lives often contributing to their sizable wealth which allow them the luxuries that the North provides.

Strange Days Indeed47.42.168.193Posted On January 21, 2018 at 11:23 AM by William Townsend

He had just finished filling out papers and receiving his temporary membership, as he would turn and find a sight that was most surprising to him. A woman, wearing a long flowing black dress and heels. Townsend stood quite baffled as he had no words for what his eyes had seen. Where on Earth did this female come from? Why was she dressed like that? All the questions flooded his head as he took off his hat and placed it across his chest, and slightly bowed in her direction.
“Pardon me, m’lady. I did not see you there.”
He said in a kind voice with his accent showing it’s true colors as he would stand upright and put his hat back atop his head. Hopefully this woman didn’t find his common greeting gesture facetious or rude. Not everyone liked the idea of a man bowing at them, but this was just what came natural to him. More like, it had been drilled into him so much that it just became natural.
The young male at the desk tapped on the counter softly, and Townsend jumped a little to turn around.

”Sir, I forgot to give you a layout of St. Pancras Station, as well as the brochure that has all the details of your membership. I do apologize for not giving that to you afterwards.” The male explained as he chuckled nervously, but Townsend would simply smile and pull out his wallet, and slipped a larger number bill from it and slipped it to the gentleman.
“You’re probably aren’t supposed to accept tips, but we’ll keep it our little secret.”
Townsend said as he tipped his hat to him and then turned back to the woman he was speaking to briefly. He still stood baffled at her attire, and why she showed up like this. Not that he could really speak on dress code since he himself, was dressed in suit; Many would consider him overdressed for the occasion. But this was how he was. Townsend never did like leaving the house looking less than acceptable.

”Oh, where are my manners madame? Terribly sorry. Townsend. William Townsend. The pleasure is all mine.” He said to her as he took his hat off his head once more, and bowed slightly then returned it to his head of hair.
“That dress you’re wearing is quite lovely. If I may pry a little, what was the occasion that has you dressed so elegantly?”
He asked in a curious manner, and then thought back to when Adelaide had worn a long, flowing dress much like the one this woman wore. Except the color was most definitely different, but it still managed to make him think back to that scene, and how everyone was entranced by Adelaide’s beauty.
He snapped back to reality and then chuckled a bit as he dusted a speck from his shoulder.
“Of course, if the occasion was delicate then I apologize for my rudeness.”
