    Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. Although these houses are somewhat small (often two to three bedrooms) they feature back yards, porches, garages and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and for the neighborhood as a whole.

    Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawethorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three story townhouses, often with a one to two car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces.

Sebastian Ellington

Crowned Consort of Italy

Coaxing the young girl outside of that home had been far easier than he had anticipated, though frankly he was hardly sure if was all that much better. Although their departure surely kept those he cared for safe, he was hardly truly under the guise that she had changed so much that she was not still a danger to the world at large. What he didn't expect, as he led the way down that stone pathway towards the front gates, was that sudden inquiry of his distaste of what he had become. For a second, he glanced back towards her with a glimpse of surprise, only for his eyebrows to furrow ever so slightly. His mouth parted, "I don-" Sebastian paused, the man almost incapable of truly saying that he didn't dislike being a vampire. Sure, he had strength and immortality and yet...he was banned from the sun, from that world he had once loved. A small frown traced his lips before he started again, this time, his answer was far more….direct. "I don't like that my life depends on another's death." The Englishman started, his blue eyes turned down towards the small child. "If someone killed me or took me away from you, it would make you angry and sad, right?" He inquired, fully intending to use that analogy to drive his point home. "When we kill, it makes that person's friends and family angry and sad. I don't like to make people feel like that, Anna-Marie. I'd rather make people happy. When people are happy, they want to spend time with you, they want to be around you longer….they want to play longer, and we like that, don't we?"

At the very least, he hoped she might understand that connection he attempted to draw from her, even if he doubted sincerely that his words would change anything for the young woman. Rather, he returned his focus on the task at hand - acquiring her a dress. He was almost surprised, really, that no one had ever taken her to a clothing store before. At least, prior to his existence, she surely had been docile enough to visit one, hadn't she? The girl's insistence of no malls certainly made that quest all the more difficult and yet, it was likely a good idea to avoid such populated places. "Hm….that Pancras Station opened recently. I hear they have some nice boutique stores. Maybe we can find something there, hm? And it's all outside so everything should be fine, Ma Petite." He provided the young girl his hand as they made their way down the streets, the vampire far more….at ease with her the further they moved from that home and all he held dear. "What kind of dress would you like? A long one...a short one? What's your favorite color?" At the very least, the vampire was trying with his maker, even if their relationship continued to be nothing shy of….curious.
