It had been centuries since Sebastian has even considered the possibility of having a family of his own. Though he knew well that fathering any sort of child was an impossibility, much less having a child that was both Dorian and his own, it was still a nice idea to consider. The Englishman had always treasured family above all else. When his own had long since died, his focus had shifted to those servants whom had remained so diligently at his side through generations. But now, now he found himself considering a proper family, one with the Fae King he so desperately loved. The sheer notion of it all brought a certain measure of warmth to his chest as he reassured his fiance that he was open to the idea, when they were ready. That warm smile upon Dorian's lips was hardly ignored, much less the fashion his lover's gaze seemed to almost linger upon him in that way he had to admit he rather liked. Sebastian offered the Italian a small simper of his own, before his attention drifted towards Arlo in the wake of that compliment. "Thank you." He responded softly, and yet, it was best, he decided, not to dwell upon such a unlikely thing too much. Especially considering his own contentment in simply spending an eternity with Dorian.

That very mention of Maxwell, however, seemed to wholly distract the table at large. Arlo was the only soul who truly knew how he had acquired Maxwell, much less how much money he had paid for that happy little puppy. The poor dog had been an utter delight with an owner that surely didn't deserve him. Somehow, the puppy quite near belonged to that faux family that he had created with the fae Monarch. "He about near doubled in size since you last saw him." Sebastian responded to Arlo's inquiry. He was hardly oblivious to the clear level of delight Abigail seemed to hold at the prospect of Maxwell - provided that he was a nice dog. The Englishman's head bobbed in ready agreement to Dorian's assurance that the canine was not only nice, but too that he likely would have met Abigail's enthusiasm with an almost never ending one of his own. "I'm quite sure you could meet him next time, if you'd like Abigail." He added. Though waking the puppy up was hardly a difficult thing, Sebastian quite found he was looking forward to spending the remainder of their evening in quietness, particularly considering those already lingering desires to dote upon the fae Monarch beside him after their guests had already left.

It was, perhaps, a good thing Arlo seemed to further distract the young woman from pouting over that missed opportunity with talk, instead, of Matteo. That simple assurance that the man was like a Model saw his own blue eyes turn quite sharply towards the fellow across the table from him. Though his memories of that evening he'd spend high upon Arlo's sofa were….hazy, at best, he was rather certain he remembered saying something he definitely shouldn't have of things he would have done to that elder fae were he not already committed to that monogamous relationship with his son. The last thing he wanted Dorian to know of was the simple fact that even Sebastian was not immune to how attractive his father was. Thankfully, Arlo seemed quick to brush over the man altogether, as if he thought better now of introducing his own love interest to someone who was so particularly charming - when he wanted to be. Although, the elder fae had taken it upon himself to be near unnerving to his future son-in-law.

The sudden presence of that dessert quite near immediately brought a hush to that conversation, Sebastian's own nose twitched ever so slightly with that utterly sweet scent, one he had long since learned to recognize far before that spoon even touched his lips. He was all too content to indulge in that sweetness of chocolate, strawberries, and Dorian's own blood whilst Arlo saw fit to worry of some 'aura' he might have that attracted his own gender. It was an idea that certainly seemed laughable and, really, Sebastian was all too keen to inform the man that he looked straight out of a 90's boy band. That particularly risque name easily came to mind and in turn, the vampire was altogether willing to suggest he'd show Dorian exactly how that band had gotten its name. He was hardly unsurprised that such an explicit reference went entirely over the demure Abigail's head and yet that near impish look to Dorian's features told him well enough that the fae King understood exactly what he was suggesting.

That sudden inquiry of indigestion, however, turned his gaze from the fae King and towards his friend. A small shrug crossed his shoulders at that inquiry. "You might, your stomach will actually bother to produce stomach acid again but...I wouldn't worry about it too much." Any discomfort he should feel would surely be fleeting. After all, their ability to 'heal' would surely help to regulate that sudden production of acidity as his friend's body once again found a resemblance of life. That answer, however, hardly seemed enough to stop the man from consuming the entirety of his dessert, not that Sebastian terribly blamed him. After all, if his blood even held a candle to Dorian's own then he understood exactly why the vampire was inclined to near inhale that dish. The vampire savoured every bite of that dessert and yet, soon enough, his own helping has disappeared in quite the same fashion. Those dishes were cleared from the table in the same effortless manner they had appeared, leaving Arlo commenting that, perhaps, it was time for them to take their leave. That almost saddened draw from Abigail's lips brought a warm smile to his own features, his head bobbed in agreement of his lover's answer, frankly, he rather enjoyed their company and it pleased him that Dorian liked them too, just as well. That comment of Dorian's inability to speak English brought a quizzical look to his features though Sebastian hardly questioned after it as he rose to walk them to the door.

His gaze shifted towards his manservant as Charles quickly joined them, offering the pair those wedding invitations they had selected to deliver by hand. What he hasn't expect, however, was that sudden request for an autograph. A soft chuckle left the Englishman's lips, that grin dancing across his features. "What can I say, we're a house full of your fans." He spoke with a small shrug. Hopefully, Arlo took this nearly as good-natured as the fallen star had shown himself capable of taking near everything else.
