For as long as the fae woman could remember, she'd always had a taste for only the upperclass and luxurious. Though she hardly ever revisited the past, she remembers perfectly well that her parents had been well endowed faeries. So, in the end, it would only make sense to any that knew of the woman's childhood that she had no desire to experience the things in life that were what she'd been raised to believe as unseemly, unacceptable, or just plainly and simply all that those of poverty could barely afford themselves. That was where she and the Italian man sitting across from her could not be more different - not that he would know unless she so desired to tell him that long-ago taken of her upbringing. Which would never happen. She hardly kept anyone from her past around her, having used them to the uttermost extent that she should before discarding them like the rest of the world. Not even the human men she'd decided to keep around for the short expanse of their mortal years only new what she cared to tell them. It was just another one of her dangerous talents, the ability to weave tales of deceit so intricately when all the pieces were present that fiction could easily be perceived by her "victims" as reality. None ever came to know of her true upbringing, what her parents had really been like, Ludovino being the first in so many years to have been given the name of her actual birthplace that she almost couldn't remember who else she might have told other than her last pet that had passed away and of course written off all his assets to the woman he'd fallen so helplessly in love with. So, when she'd hardly ever had to look beyond that high society lifestyle for those things she lusted after, why would she waste her time with anything else? Not that time was a precious commodity or anything of the sort.

Ludovino goes on to speak of how the "rougher side of Naples" offered some of the most delectable food and the most kind-hearted people, it was almost enough to rouse in the fae woman a viable amusement, but she is able to maintain that mask so perfectly well, pale peridot eyes softening to give the picture perfect impression of compassion or caring when it couldn't be farther from what twisted within that vain core of the woman. How cute... He has a taste for the simpler things, she muses to herself for a moment. If she wanted kindness and warmth around her, she would hardly be living the way that she was, and she was so terribly far from ever considering such a dramatic change. Unless, of course, it proved to hold some sort of leverage or advantage for the fae woman."It sounds lovely. I have little intentions of returning there, but if I do, then I shall", she answers softly, her silken words contemplative but gentle all the same as those sharp eyes catch something beneath those perfectly dressed dark lashes that blink slowly over her gaze. There was a wistfulness in his features that she'd detected early, but now she was quite certain that the isolation the man felt was a weak point that she could easily play on to encourage him just a little more into coming home with her for the night. While she was typically after men with much deeper pockets and an air of arrogant wealth, tonight she was interested in other things. She could use a man with those heightened senses and supernatural strength that only a dark hunter naturally wielded just as her own kind were infamous for their mischievous ways and trickster traits, though her own characteristics were much more... opportunistic and advantageous.

Much in the same fashion as the ghost cat that stalked her mountain kingdom, it was almost like a sixth sense for Vitani when she toyed with the men that intrigued her until she could find some sort of vulnerability in that polished armor males seemed to almost enjoy strutting around in. The fae woman wouldn't go so far as to say that she did not have her own weaknesses, let alone admit to perhaps the biggest of them all, but it was near impossible for anyone other thay herself to know which were real and which were there to be seen by her own design, just another side of the mask she wore on that particular night as she weaved that ever alluring web before sitting there in patient poise until she caught what she was looking for. And, how very unfortunate - or fortunate, if he played his own cards well - it was that a man like Ludovino would find himself so ensnared in that fine silk she spun around him. Isolation and culture were what she would play on so that she sealed that deal she was after, and when he is almost glowing with pride at the compliment she fed him in regards to his mother, she offers him a sweet smile of her own before her expression shifts like the changing tides as she decides she was finished with that less than interesting subject. She hardly misses that look he gives her when he dared to observe her reaction towards that very thing that she was entirely incapable of, but she hardly minds. After all, it was that ever so faint revelation that would ensure he wouldn't consider this anything beyond what everyone in the bar knew it would be. As she agreed that it was time to take their leave of this scene only to move over to the Italian man giving her a smirk as those smooth, accented words tell her that she practically has him where she wanted, further sinking those metaphorical claws into him with that suggestive and gentle touch before she leans in to whisper that siren's song into his ear. He shifts in his seat at first, but even the strongest of bucks usually attempt one last trick to evade the huntress so it hardly surprises her. Then, she pulls away just enough, a playful smile on her pink lips, and she can see in his gaze that she's won.

And oh, how the other men would glare at the Italian as the fae woman slips those soft hands around his arm, pressing gently against him as she flutters those dark lashes up at him while they walk past the tables and out the front door. They're met by Fredrick who gives them a silent as he opens the limousine door, Ludovino allowing for her to climb in first before he followed. Their conversation was idle, hardly glossing the surface of any one subject though it was hardly long before they pull into that driveway, the Lincoln Continental coming to a gradual halt where the iron gates to the front steps was propped open by the brunette maid. Fredrick is quick to move over to that door once again, holding it open as the pair slips from the heated seats and makes their way up the stairs and into the foyer of the extravagant and immaculate mansion. He regards the area around them, and when he offers her a compliment, she smiles to him."Grazie (Thank you). It's modest, but comfortable", she replies nonchalantly as she turns to face him. His flirtatious words only have the fae woman offering him that sultry smile as she moves towards the stairs, looking over her shoulder as curls her finger at Ludovino for him to follow."Let me show you to the terrace", she purrs at him as she begins to ascend up the polished stairwell.

Climbing ever so gracefully up those steps, womanly hips swaying with every step, she reaches the top, an extravagant glass light fixture hanging there, a large modern table a small distance away in the dining area that she walks by, moving across a living area with a marble fireplace and leather chairs. She would let him look as they moved through the lavish mansion, each room perfectly arranged and tidy. Turning to walk through the entryway to another room containing another fireplace with two armchairs that matched the hardwood flooring almost too perfectly, she strides easily across this room, heels clicking against tile now as she takes a left and moves into the bar area. Here, there is a tray of fine crystal glasses, Vitani selecting two of them before bending down, long and intricately styled hair falling very her shoulder as she reaches into the cabinets and retrieves a bottle of Bastille 1789 rare whiskey, pouring the bright orange amber liquor about two knuckles deep before closing the bottle. She turns to Ludovino, that sultry smile still toying upon error pink lips as she walks over to him, no more than a breathless away as she hands him his glass."I'm sure that if you liked that liquor at The Voodoo Room, you'll appreciate this much more", she purrs at him as she lingers there, pale peridot eyes locked with his own depths before she turns and moves towards the opened sliding glass door at the end of the room, her free hand grasping onto the whiskey bottle before she steps outside and moves into the leather couch with its back to the city sprawled out beneath the terrace as it faces the stone fire pit burning with hot flames. She places the bottle on the table beside her before crossing one leg elegantly over the other, looking over the Ludo as she takes that empty hand and brushes the cushion beside her, clearly desiring him to sit next to her."So, what do you think of this little place from what you've seen?", she asks him in silken words subtly painted with idle curiosity as he settles beside her. It wouldn't be much longer now...
