    Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. Although these houses are somewhat small (often two to three bedrooms) they feature back yards, porches, garages and far more breathing space then the Village offers. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three story townhouses, often with a one to two car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces.

Sebastian Ellington

I thought you knew I was filthy rich
I thought you knew I never answer my phone
I thought you knew I was a late night with a bad bite I thought you knew.

Sebastian was well aware of that sense of glee Charles had gained from finally obtaining that autograph, the man very much revealing his young age in that moment when he so often was the epitome of the refined manservant. As it was, that slip hardly bothered the English Lord in the slightest. Quite on the contrary, he was glad Charles had that chance, even as the man shifted from his side to disappear behind him into the dining room. Sebastian’s own gaze, however, lingered entirely upon the handsome figure of his lover, that warm grin upon Dorian’s features coaxed a small hint to the corner of his own lips. Though the vampire had thoroughly enjoyed that evening, he had to admit he was rather glad that the night had come to an end. That talk of…children….of starting a family had coaxed a simple desire for closeness within the Englishman. His fingers reached out to meet Dorian’s own, intertwining near effortlessly with the fae King’s. He hardly protested in the slightest as Dorian led them towards the staircase. “Goodnight Charles.” Sebastian called to his own manservant, “Thank you for tonight.” Although such gratitude was unnecessary, he still strove to show his appreciation for his staff all the same. That response from the dining room prompted a warm simper upon his feature before his attention once again turned readily toward his fiance.

That announcement that Dorian liked the singular man that Sebastian had taken as a confidant had all but pleased him, the vampire truly unable to help that near smug look. “He is….quite the modern man.” Sebastian responded after some thought to that judgment of Arlo’s character. After all, when compared to the teens of the current century, the fellow quite fit in rather nicely, he was sure. Abigail, on the other hand, had come quite a surprise to him. She was, perhaps, nothing quite like he hand anticipated. The poor girl was quite near sickeningly sweet, that innocence that so surrounded her was quite near palpable. It was near the perfect sort of modern love story - the bad boy musician and the chaste girl next door. “She was rather charming.” The vampire agreed quite readily. She was, he was certain, the opposite of anyone Arlo had dated before and yet, they were well suited for another, Fate itself having just as much of a say in that, not that he had considered spilling such a secret as that.

Sebastian could hardly deny how utterly tempting that bed looked the moment the pair stepped into that bedroom, the impending arrival of the sun was already beginning to tug at him, prompting a small yawn upon the vampire’s lips as Dorian turned to face him. His blue eyes met the bright silver hue of Dorian’s own as the King’s hand reached up for that knot around his neck, that smooth tug easily pulled at that tie, loosening it from around his neck. That inquiry as to what Arlo and himself had been discussing with their hushed whispers earlier in the evening, however, prompted a small roll of the Englishman’s eyes. “Abigail, naturally. You should have seen how excited he was to show her off - because she’s a real girl now.” His head shook ever so slightly and yet, there was no denying that look of amusement upon his features all the same. Sebastian watched as Dorian moved across the bedroom and towards the dresser, the vampire himself all too eager to step closer towards that bed as his own hand rose to that shirt. Though such gossip of the evening was hardly a frequent occurrence between the two, Sebastian was hardly opposed to informing the Monarch exactly of his thoughts on the evening, their usual guests simply failing to be interesting enough to prompt any such after talks behind the simple whining of wasting yet another evening to politics.

He had only gotten halfway through those buttons before the soft sensation of Dorian’s arms around his waist saw the vampire pause. Sebastian leaned all too willingly into that bare chest, the warmth of his fiance perhaps as appealing as the simple sensation of the King’s embrace. A soft sound of satisfaction left his lips at the touch of Dorian’s own against his neck, that flesh there eternally sensitive to those almost teasing feelings his lover so assaulted him to. His lover’s breath was warm against his skin as Dorian’s head rested against his shoulder. A small snort left his nose at that perceived effort that Arlo had clearly put in to ‘courting’ the poor unknowing girl. “His courting methods are absolutely abysmal. He told me he was so gobsmacked by Abigail’s beauty that he tripped on a kerb on his way over but the tosser hadn’t even thought to actually tell her she looked lovely tonight.” Sebastian could hardly help that sigh upon his lips as he admitted with some reluctance, “Bloody dolt couldn’t chat up a Minger.” Those British words slipped easily into his vocabulary after those glasses of wine and the late hour and yet, even he hadn’t quite realized how awful Arlo was at flirting prior to tonight.

That final touch of Dorian’s lips upon his jawline immediately drew his attention back to the fae King, the vampire entirely content to simply watch his lover as Dorian fell back onto that bed. Sebastian’s own shirt was shed from his toned figure but moment’s later, that simple inquiry saw him momentarily pause as his fingers worked to undo the button on those pants. “He does, I think he was intending ask permission to court her formally tonight.” The vampire confirmed. He let those pant drop from his figure, only to turn and close that distance between himself and the Monarch. His legs rested between Dorian’s own, as he leaned forward and over the fae King. His lips gingerly brushed but sweetly against his lover’s and yet, any satisfaction he might have taken from having the man to himself once again was interrupted only by his name upon Dorian’s lips. “Hm?” He inquired, one hand raising from the bed to instead shift to that button on his fiance’s pants. That question wholly caught him off guard, his blue eyes shifted upwards towards Dorian only for a near quizzical look to flutter upon his features. He tasted of….chocolate?

Sebastian could hardly help the chuckle upon his lips before his head shook ever so lightly. “Likely not to you, Ma Bichette. I taste foul to myself but…perhaps to Arlo, yes, it is like chocolate. You, however, taste like a fresh creme brulee.” He leaned down, those sharpened fangs near nipping teasingly at Dorian’s flesh. That blood had a unique flavor all on it’s own. Each species was different, and each individual even further refined. Dorian was, he was assured, the perfect combination of taste. The man was his favorite flavor. “Why did Abigail shout my name, anyways?” He inquired, pulling away from Dorian only to regard him with clear skepticism of that very excuse that Abigail had provided Arlo with. Unlike the younger vampire, Sebastian was not nearly as willing to accept that explanation.
