    The South

Although the southern parts of the city might not have the luxuries of the north or the down town vibe of the east, but these suburbs still have their own sort of charm. Here small neighborhood owned shops often run rampant, individuals often know each other by first name. The west is a quaint, quiet part of town. It's the sort of place where children can be seen playing safely on the sidewalks and clamoring in the park. On the weekends in the families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters that surround the city.

    Hyde Park

    Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

    The Outskirts

    The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often times seen as a way to guard this magical city from the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

it's over, i'm through

I saw you standing there and I knew I'm done for

If there was any one thing Tetradore excelled at, it was the keen ability to keep that level head in the midst of a rather stressful situation. So much of his life, after all, could be classified as such. When he wasn't attempting to shut down his emotions during those very tasks that strained him so greatly, Tetradore was busy putting an end to those that opposed her. Damon's distraught was entirely clear, that fear that surrounded the man was wholly palpable to the feline. It was his very element, that very thing he so put into others. Still, his attempt to reassure his companion was clearly not well received, that old rivalry entirely still present within the vampire despite the simple fact that Tetradore hadn't attempted to further intervene on their courting or interrupted that very marriage. His hand fell from Damon's shoulder, his emerald eyes instead turned to the man who had joined them, providing the pair with what affinity he had. That unique use of pheromones would certainly prove useful, if they could be used as effectively as Malek seemed to suggest. All they needed was some sort of lead. That inquiry, however, prompted an altogether intense look from his companion, one that seemed to suggest that Damon had some sort of answer as to whom might be behind Isolt's capture.

He listened wordlessly to that coven that Damon spoke of, any considerations of their surely foolish prophecy were largely kept to himself. After all, it hardly mattered what he thought of them, as long as they believed it enough to kidnap Isolt. His gaze shifted downwards to Damon's hand at the scent of that blood and yet, he hardly made the move to assist. Rather, he remained where he was, simply listening to Damon's insistence that this coven was largely popular within the city. All they had to do was find a witch who knew them. "I know of some witches in the Western Black Market. If anyone will know about them, they will. Unfortunately, they can be a bit difficult to get to speakā€¦.we could use your abilities Malek, if you don't mind." It was a crude plan but, at the very least, it was a plan. All he could hope for was that they weren't wrong - the idea of chasing ghosts while Isolt was in trouble gripped the were-King to the core, even if his features remained as apathetic as he had long ago been taught to do. The fact of the matter, however, was that he still cared greatly for her and had every intent to ensure she was returned safely back to her home.
