    The West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a certain grunge that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, instead letting the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

    Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

Tonight was not a good night. It simply wasn’t, and yet no one would bother to believe her. It was simply beautiful tonight. The silver moon was full and it easily touched everything with its bright light, hardly anything was left untouched. Animal and man always did act differently when there was a full moon, everyone was a little bit wilder and on edge. As a wolf and Were she was tethered closely to the moon. There was a reason why the Ark was closed on full moon nights, their animal sides were far too uncontrollable, and it was dangerous for them to continue their ‘play’ in their bloody sport. Earlier she had spent part of her night with her witch familiar doing whatever it was the witch wanted to do. After all the peculiar colored lupine wanted to do whatever she could for her closest friend. Be that helping her with spells, or watching any sort movie on the couch, whatever the witch wanted to do, she would happily oblige. However, Raven had not been feeling well as the night dragged on and so she excused herself and decided it was best to go home, as the pain in the back of her head began to grow.

There was nothing to fear when she walked through the West District. This was where her pack roamed and owned the streets and alleyways, any and all that dwelled here. This was home and there was no reason for her to be troubled. However, that didn’t mean that everyone within the area would respect this knowledge that someone else owned the place. For whatever reason Dark Hunters enjoyed coming to this area of the city if only to capture and take the ilk within the supernatural world. Quietly she weaved through the alleyway not realizing that a pair of Dark Hunters were waiting for their next victim. With a soft whimper the lupine shook her head to the left and right feeling the pain begin to increase in her head, the pain slowly encompassing her whole frame. Blue-grey eyes widened as she began to feel her mind begin to waver, what was once human was increasingly turning primal. The werewolf would slowly begin to shift not into a human, but increase to a much larger size, like that of a brown bear.

Blue-grey eyes blinked as the lupine went still, her ears twitching back and forth. The feral creature was quite content for a moment now that it was free, that was until she could hear something moving, something making a noise. Puzzled her head would lift upwards catching a scent that caused her to release a threatening snarl. Black lips pulled back to reveal her sharp ivory teeth, as her thick ebony and grey fur went upwards, the creature feeling threatened. In this beastly form and mind, this scent brought the need for the girl to seek out the threat and destroy it. A figure came out from the shadows at the end of the alleyway holding something long and metallic up to its shoulders, before the lupine could respond she felt an intense amount of pain along her grey chest and suddenly her vision went faded...and then nothing.

How the Dark Hunters managed to bring her sleeping form into a cage settled within the harbor where the freight containers laid, was unknown. Yet eventually the she-wolf would wake up still within her feral state. Confused and lethargic the beast slowly rose upwards her vision hazing and slowly growing clearer. Slowly the wolf would walk towards one side of the cage and then the other, attempting to look for a way out and finding none. A low growl rumbled within the back of her throat, irritated to be stuck in this box. The werewolf was no stranger to cages, after all, it was used to living in one. It was the sound of someone yelling that caught her interest. Grey-trimmed ears twitched forward as a deep snarl was released, an answer and a warning to whoever called out, as the large sized wolf stood, as her eyes shifted to see who it was that bellowed its challenge.
