    The West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a certain grunge that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, instead letting the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

    Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.

I can't help this awful energy
Goddamn right, you should be scared of me

There was something distinctly unsettling of that notion that there was, perchance, a super volcano brewing just beneath their feet, ready to explode at the slightest disruption. He hardly liked the idea that he might have to rescue them from such an impending doom. After all, Tobias would not handle it well if the pair died right here, the man hardly even pausing to consider his own morality. Rather, his lips pressed together in consideration of the young woman's assurance before that shrug crossed his shoulders. "Let's not press either of our luck on that one." He commented simply, the man entirely uncertain if he truly was capable of such a quick reaction time. It was perhaps a silly concern but the Alpha did his best to ensure Raven was placed in as minimal danger as possible - for Tobias sake. That rumbling beneath their feet quite quickly captured the man's attention, Tetradore almost unable to help that near nervous flutter within him, particularly now that Raven had placed that notion of some inescapable volcano within the forefront of his thoughts. Still, the park rangers hardly seemed concerned, prompting the man to cross his hands over his chest as he waited for that quite abrupt cascade of steaming hot water.

He could quite certainly say he'd never seen something quite like that, the were King even caught off guard by the sheer size of that geyser. His own reaction was decidedly muted in comparison to that crowd and yet, that geyser was over just as abruptly as it had started, leaving him staring at near empty space. That was over quick. He followed the young woman as she led the way towards that map, his emerald eyes glancing back over his shoulder at that large hole in the ground, at least, until they reached that large map. It was that idle inquiry of where he wanted to go that prompted his finger to lightly bump against the forest on that map, the man quite firmly declaring he had every intention to end their evening amongst those trees. He watched as Raven seemed to consider that request and yet, the girl seemed to decide against asking why he had chosen that particularly place. Rather, he watched as she considered those places she surely wished to venture only to point towards that large lake, declaring they should visit that valley to see the waterfalls.

Tetradore's emerald eyes glanced over the picture on that map she unfolded. His head bobbed ever so slightly as she quite suddenly grasped his hand, that desire to utilize his own affinity rather than walk was quite clear in that moment and yet, Tetradore saw no reason not to oblige her. Those shadows effortlessly embraced their forms, answering that call with a certain sort of eagerness only to send the two exactly to that very spot within that picture, that meadow extended far in front of them, nearly calling to them with that near limitless open space before them. His gaze shifted towards the young woman as she suddenly dropped to her knees, letting that shift overcome her with such ease and playful desire. His head shook ever so slightly as the man reached for his shirt, slowly peeling that clothing from his form only to pile it neatly near the nearest landmark. It was only once he was free of that restrictive cotton that he let that transformation overcome that smooth caramel skin, shifting from mortal flesh to animal fur. His claws dug into the ground, the man stretching out those long limbs only for a yawn to leave his lips. That small bump of her forehead into his shoulder pulled at his attention and yet, that elation within her voice was almost too preppy and yet, Tetradore hardly informed her of such rather then allowed himself to be spurred into an easy trot of sorts. He was willing to lose, at least, only for the joy that he knew winning would bring her, even so, he knew well that his loss had to look as if he actually put in effort.

It was with a small sigh that the panther let his claws dig into that earth, those powerful haunches easily spurring him forward to come along side of her. He was hardly perturbed by that sudden burst of speed his presence seemed to prompt within the woman, the man instead content to simply run along side of her - at least, until a rather loud roar pierced through the silence of that serene field. He knew that sound and yet, before his emerald eyes could find the source of it, her frame was sent near colliding into his own, his feet toppling out from under him only to send him careening into that mud. Well….fuck. That softly uttered apology was nearly entirely ignored, even if he could hardly help that look of dissatisfaction upon his feline features. It was no secret that he hated that mud and yet, there was something of far greater importance as his own ebony head lifted ever so slightly. "Let's not get too close to it." He uttered mentally towards the girl, the man reaching up to tug lightly at the fur around the woman's scruff. The last thing he wanted was to get into another fight with a bear, the last one had been bad enough as it was.
