East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

She was really and truly killing me. She looked like a sex goddess in that dress and he couldn't stop watching her smooth back muscles as she walked ahead of him into the club. And he wasn't the only one. He could see other men staring her up and down. His hand tightened a little around her waist as they walked. His gaze was clear. She's mine. It didn't help that he had a hard-on from hell. It was like having a major itch and having the way to scratch it right there, just out of reach. He helped her out of the car and followed her into the club. He wasn't about to let her wait in line looking like that. He eyed the men in line. Too many already drooling over her legs that go on for miles. No, definitely not waiting. So he paid off the bouncer and got them into the club. That way he could keep her closer. And further away from the animals just dying to put their filthy hands on her. He could tell she was at least a little pleased with him for paying their way in, that little smirk tugging at her luscious lips just enough to make him want to kiss it right off.

He chuckled as he led her in, leaning in to whisper. "Oh, you liked that, didn't you? There's more where that came from." His lips brushed her ear softly before he leaned back. As she paused to look around, he paused with her and kept his footing right beside her, his hand gently rubbing up and down her waist. When he whispered in her ear, he could feel the hairs bristling on her arm and he smirked. He liked having that effect on her, to know that she felt the same way he did about their close proximity. Finally she spoke and he chuckled, his arms wrapping around her and squeezing gently. "Then, dancing, it is." He let her take his hand and followed her onto the dance floor. As she stopped and turned to him, he smiled, looking down into her eyes. "I love you, Amelia. And I want to love you for the rest of our immortal existence." He murmured. Her body pressed against his and his body came to life in response. He leaned down, growling in his throat. "You're killing me. And you're loving every minute of it."

Her hips pressed against him and he groaned low in his throat, his body moving instinctively with her, as intimately as if they were nude in the bedroom. It was second nature. As her lips found his neck, he closed his eyes and moved his head aside to give her better access. He didn't think about the people around them or the music thumping in his ears. He only thought of her and the feel of her body pressed against his.
