East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Oh, the things he went through for love. He would do anything for Amelia. He would stop the world for her if that were possible, but wearing a tux? He was going to feel more trapped in that thing for one day than he ever would throughout his entire life. But the things he did for love... Luckily he wouldn't be alone for it. It clicked in his brain that there was a particular fae he called friend and just so happened to be the leader of his Court that seemed to wear suits like a second skin. He didn't know if Andras even owned anything else. So who better to help him get fitted and stuff? Amelia seemed giddy about it even, though he figured that was probably just because he was doing something wedding-related. She always got excited when wedding-stuff was the topic. Rolling his eyes good naturedly, Troy continued picking his way through the sidewalk crowd, heading for the store Andras told him to meet at. Troy didn't know anything about these places or where to find them so good thing he knew someone that did.

As he turned the corner, it didn't take him long to see the fae standing there waiting and Troy waved as he got closer, a smile already pulling across his lips. It was always good to see Andras, no matter what they had to get up to at the time. He held out his hand, giving Andras' a good shake and chuckling as he responded. "Sorry, apparently planning a wedding takes time or something like that." He said with a smirk, his eyes twinkling with mischief. He wouldn't trade eternity with Amelia for the world but he could still complain about the wedding part. Couldn't they just be married already? Andras teased him about shopping and Troy smirked again before waving his hand over the suit Andras was even now wearing. "It seemed obvious I was in over my head and someone else seems much more comfortable in these things. Think you can a deplorable?" He tried to sound sad as he waved his hand over his own outfit, his classic faded jeans with some rips in it and a Metallica tshirt.

See? Didn't he look the part of a deplorable?
