Sebastian Ellington

I thought you knew I was filthy rich
I thought you knew I never answer my phone
I thought you knew I was a late night with a bad bite I thought you knew.

Sebastian was nothing if not entirely observant. It was a skill near demanded of him with the way he tended to eat. Those flirtatious advances he so often employed relied entirely upon the man being capable of discovering in what way his object of interest liked best to be wooed. That baby bump upon the woman's frame had hardly gone unnoticed by the man. After all, there was something very different about the woman he so caught from the way she carried herself to the fashion she walked and those protective instincts that so attempted to shield her unborn child from any trauma that might befall upon it. The whole notion would have been disregarded if it wasn't for the simple knowledge that, somewhere within this city, there was a vampire so experiencing that miracle of childbirth after death. It was a facet that should have been closed off to them and yet, somehow, she had conceived. It had wholly baffled him and yet, under the intense inspection of those navy blue eyes, Sebastian was certain that it had to be her. That reassuring smile was met with a warm one of his own, the girl's attempt to play off that near fall was met with but a subtle hint of disbelief, even if he nodded in an entirely polite fashion.

When he was certain of that return of her balance, his hands slowly dropped from her figure, instead clasping behind his back in a fashion expected of him within his own era. That gratitude was met with another ease grin as he nodded once again, "Of course, dove. I was happy to help." He reassured her, regarding her for a moment long with an entirely intense gaze. It was with furrowed brows that Sebastian found himself unable to pass that very opportunity by. After all, even Dorian had yearned to know more about how this was possible. If his lover discovered he'd met the woman without so much of a question leaving his lips -- why, he was sure he'd hear about it all evening. "Excuse me for...prying...but you wouldn't happen to know a Troy, would you?" He inquired, so tentatively broached that topic of her pregnancy in an entirely round about fashion. It was entirely rude to assume a woman pregnant, particularly when so many these days were instead overweight. But the answer to that question might at least set the correct pretenses.
