Ceara was quite comfortable in the silence that fell over the pair as each found themselves lost in the remanence of their past. How very different their paths had been upon finding themselves a part of the immortal world. Ceara's attention was idle at best lately, finding very little kept her interest for long, but the solemn man sitting beside her was relatively intriguing enough to keep his company for a while longer. After all, when you had eternity, how else were you to entertain yourself if not with the myriad of stories from other immortals. She could tell in the way Sebastian set himself and his carefully chosen few words that he was holding back. Whether human or supernatural, holding back meant there was far more entertaining things to know. Ceara was certainly curious, so after ensuring that the particularly difficult patron had been handled she prodded again in hopes for more details about his past and what his connection with the child vampire was.

She had to admit Sebastian had a particularly thick shell to crack. At least Ceara felt he was since it was a common part of the job where the patrons felt like their bartender was in reality their shrink. A simple lift of her brow was all Ceara afforded Sebastian's short to-the-point response on where he had come across Anna. Apparently she would have to carry the conversation until something loosened this one up so she continued on with her thoughts. It wasn't until she brought the rim of her glass to her lips that she noted the scowl cross his features. Only then did all the dots connect and Ceara was quite literally left to attempt not to choke on her drink. A horrid snort of choke escaped her as she hurriedly pulled the glass from her lips. "You are aren't you?!" A horribly amused chuckle sounded as Ceara shook her head, "I'm sorry...I didn't mean..." Well she didn't mean to appear so rude about it but could anyone really blame her for her reaction? The entire situation of a child vampire creating another vampire was...amusing.

Ceara managed to compose herself once more, clearing her throat softly as she slid her drink away on the countertop. "She doesn't have any others, at least not that I'm aware of...but I didn't even know about you so who knows? I'm assuming she created you by accident. So that's why you're following her around now. I'm sorry you didn't get to know her before." There was genuine sympathy reflected in those soft hazel eyes of hers. "She would have been a great Maker to learn under." Ceara paused, searching Sebastian's worn look, "Are you sure there isn't something I can do for you?"
