How curious he surely would have found himself had he been aware of those thoughts turning within the girls mind as she contemplated those subtle differences between themselves. Perhaps, were he a creature more given to those internal thoughts the man too might have considered the irony perhaps of a creature so vastly different from himself taking his offered hand in that moment. He knew, on some level, that her values, her morals- the very being that she seemed to be was almost....oppositional to his own. She still seemed to possess some belief of hope in the world, some assurance that the people within it were good. It was almost enchanting in a fashion, that way she so seemed to simply believe in that goodness of people. Frost perhaps content to encourage it on some level even if he hardly believed it himself. He was, surely, far to young to be this jaded against the world and yet he had seen the worst of it, learned from it and merely remained unable to remove it. Calliel perhaps, had been one of the few to see the truth in him and perhaps how utterly beyond help he surely was and yet he could hardly prevent himself from so finding these few souls that seemed to....intrigue him in a sense. Just because he was convinced the world was headed for hell hardly meant he did not find some sense of peace perhaps, in those who didn't. Those like Scarlett, those precious few whom seemed so alive very a truly rare find and it is perhaps for that wealth of potential and perhaps even, that strength of character within the girl that so sees him extend his hand in invitation. There was use for her within his pack, there was use for her to him and yet for now the man merely helps her to her feet- allowing those bonds of pack to tangle about her.

His power extends for the first time as she falls into step beside him, allowing his mind to brush her own and yet it is truly a fleeting thing, Frost merely content to find in just what direction her thoughts seemed inclined to follow before that faint touch of amusement so tugged at his lips. Aware now of the girls curiosity of that pack bond that so connected her to him, Edie and Claire in turn. Each of them too surely aware of this newest edition and yet Frost was content to wait until this evening before he offered any more formal introductions. It would be pleasing, for the evening at least, to have the house to themselves and allow Scarlett that chance to settle without Claire attempting to help her or Edie so determined to interview her- though thoughts of his current companions amusing him all the same. It is that lingering wonderment within the woman of that bond however that sees his own lyrics part from his lips once more.

"The bond is unusual at first, but it will become almost comforting in time. It connects all of us, you will learn to use it quickly it is very instinctive to our species- it comes very naturally."

She would learn best, he is assured, by simply experimenting with such things for herself and by being within the company of her pack. That bond a decidedly difficult thing to explain to its fullest extent and as such the snowy-haired man hardly bothers, asking instead whether or not the girl had eaten. Her slender appearance hardly lost upon him, her equally sodden clothing leaving little to the imagination though his violet gaze hardly lingered upon her as a soft sounded parted his lips once more at this admittance she hadn't eaten. His features remain wholly stoic, any thought he might hold upon the matter entirely concealed as he merely nods. Women, he is sure, rarely enjoyed being questioned about their eating habits and as such the stallion affords it no outward disapproval. Her assurance that she would prefer to live beneath his roof however is perhaps a more surprising outcome, one eye lifting slightly in curiosity at her choice- the man having anticipated that she might prefer her own company's- at least for a time and yet there was a convenience of sorts, to having Scarlett entirely within his sight. Frost so entirely inclined to those more protective aspects of his own nature when something was decidedly his own as Scarlett had so allowed herself to be.

"We will find you something to eat when we get there then. As for living with us, it is hardly a problem, there is ample space. Come. We are nearly there."

The wolfess, he is assured, would hardly be in possession of any great amount of belongings that might require moving- the man content enough to leave such arrangements to her as they stepped from the park and into those more residential areas. It is only once they reach that final street that the man turns, striding down that dead-end avenue to the home at the very end, the white-haired man paused briefly upon the front steps, head inclined back towards his newest acquisition though his gaze remained entirely concealed all the same- those violet eyes resting upon her beneath that fringe of white hair.

"If you feel those pack bonds now you will realise they are distant, none of our pack is within our territory at the moment, the house is empty. You will learn, in time, to know when your pack mates are close."

His words remain cool, easy, offered with that same matter-of-fact manner in which the man so seems to do all things. The more she practised the faster she would learn and indeed what better lesson was there then to know when her pack mates were close? The young man shifts easily to the side, allowing Scarlett to step into the hall before closing the door behind them, Frost reaching then into that hall table- hand held toward the woman, placing that spare key within it.

"This will let you in and out, there are always spare clothes hanging here in case you have lost your own. The back door is the same, it leads into the yard and from the yard you can access a trail that will take you to the park without having to pass through the city. It is useful for hunting."

He hardly needed such trails himself, his own diet so entirely lacking that protein his pack mates seemed determined to hunt for and yet the stallion remains entirely aware of the woman's own needs in this. He himself the sole vegetarian amongst his members, the man holding little concern with her need to hunt. He leads her then past that spacious lounge room with its books so scattered about from Claire's reading and Edie's attempts to build what appeared to be a tower a game he is assured Kato had tempted her into playing if only to agitate him. Frost tolerant of the African man fro Edie's sake alone, such thoughts pressed from his mind as he strolled into the kitchen.

"The stairs are just over there, they lead up to the bedrooms, there are several spare still- you can choose any you like. My room is at the very end and Edie's is next door if you ever require anything. I will take you upstairs shortly, for now though- I suggest we start dinner so that the others might have something to come home too."

It offered too- Scarlett every chance to ask whatever other questions she might hold in those few hours they were alone before the others returned. He could be almost.....kind. Sometimes.
