Just another Night to Kill

It's obvious she's been playing the piano for a long time and with our shared situation called immortality, it could be decades, even centuries that she's had to put into the beautiful piece that I catch her playing. It's Grand Ol Opry worthy, for sure. She's so lost in the music that she doesn't even notice my presence until I've stood there at least a minute. It's mesmerizing and I didn't even notice I was staring until she looks up at me.

I sense that she wanted a reaction something like this from the look in her eyes when she sees me, something akin to amusement or even entertainment and suddenly I don't feel so shy about it. So I have a little tease on my hands. Well at least the night won't be dull.

Like a habit, my eyes run over her shapely legs as she turns to stand and I find my gaze drawing intimately over the place where an arrow once protruded but it's clean and smooth, freshly shaven if I had to guess. Do vampires even grow leg hair after turning? Not something I ever though I'd wonder. She doesn't show any signs of pain as she walks to me, her walk as smooth and graceful as it should be for an immortal hunter. She sure knows how to take control of a room once she knows she's no longer alone in it.

As her finger run up my arm, I clear my throat, pulling out the collar of my shirt a little for added effect. Is it hot in here? Would she even need AC since she can't really feel the cold or heat? I know that really has nothing to do with it but I've got to distract myself, okay? I smirk. "Well maybe you should invest in more like it. It does the job proudly." My eyes twinkle with allure. I can't help it. For a blood sucker, she sure looks good tonight.

She walks past me and my eyes follow her every step of the way, moving to step into pace right behind and to the side of her so it doesn't seem like I'm just staring at her backside as she walks away. I run my hand through my hair at her question. "Yes ma'am." I nod politely to the butler as I walk past him, making my way to the door with a knowing smile as I open the car door for her and hold out my hand to help her into the car. "My lady." I say politely as any chauffeur. Once she's settled in, I close the door, careful to make sure all of her dress is in the car before I go around to my side and get in.

I sink into the leather seat with a sigh of contentment. Nothing beats this car. My fingers run along the comfort of the steering wheel before I turn the engine over and pull out, heading into town.
