Miyako had been so wrapped up in her thoughts that when she collides with something, rather human-like, she barely catches herself before falling on the ground herself. In turn, her coffee exploded from her hand, miraculously avoiding most of the mess, but she notes immediately that the woman she had run into was very nearly drenched in the liquid. Cringing, she drops her bag to the ground and kneels before her, a horrified expression dancing across Mi's face. "I am so sorry!" she exclaims as her delicate hands ruffle through her bag to produce napkins.

It isn't lost on the Asian woman when the stranger pulls away from her, her lip curling in an almost feral way. Hesitating, "It's okay, I'm not going to hurt you," she moves a little slower and is relieved the woman doesn't hit her for trying to clean her up. Releasing a breath, she didn't realize she was holding, she begins dabbing what liquid she could off of the girl. She was so oddly dressed that Miyako could only assume she was homeless. How terrible of Mi! Of course, she would run into a girl who had no home to return to, to clean up!

Letting her mind wallow in despair for but a moment, she can't help but cringe again when the girl speaks, "Ah, I'm very sorry. There's a clothing store just around the corner, I'd be happy to buy you some new clothes," Miyako offers, letting a small smile touch her lips. As she finishes cleaning up the coffee, she inspects the skin that isn't covered in clothing, and though it is red, she's relieved to see that the liquid didn't cause any lasting harm. "When you have a chance, run any of your burns under cold water, it will help. Luckily my drink wasn't terribly hot or it could have been much worse," Miyako sighs in relief, gathering the dirty napkins and shoving them back into her bag.

When the girl speaks again, Mi tilts her head slightly, regarding her more deeply. The stranger was... odd to say the least and she spoke in a way like she didn't know what coffee or beer was. It was strange but Miyako had no room to judge, she did just dump an entire cup of coffee on the poor girl. "I don't really like beer either," Mi smiles softly, giving a slow nod in agreement, "I do eat sandwiches, not very often though, I'm afraid," she laughs, her laughter light and airy, a breath of fresh air. "Here, let's get you up," Mi states, standing herself up, brushing the dirt from her knees as she offers a hand to the stranger.

"I'm Miyako, again, so sorry to have run into you. I've been a little stressed with school and I wasn't paying attention," Mi smiles apologetically, bowing her head in another form of apology. "Like I said before, I would be happy to buy you something else or perhaps a sandwich?" she trails off in a question. "To say sorry, or I could do both for you!" she says cheerfully, reaching down to grab her messenger bag and slip it over her shoulder again, resting a hand on the strap and the other on top of her bag as she regards the woman quietly.
