Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

She should have known that he would suggest that Dr. Greene look her over before she went back to being sexually active. She wanted Troy now. It was a strange feeling. Just moments before, she had given birth to a good sized baby. How her body managed to push the baby out and then immediately yearn for sex was beyond her. She knew she should take things slow, but the problem was, she didn't want to. "You could never hurt me, Troy..." Troy meant everything to her and she knew that he felt the same about her. He would never willingly or intentionally hurt her and she took pride in knowing that.

She knew that Troy loved her and their daughter so much that he would willingly risk his life for them...as evidence by the way he cut his hand to feed their daughter. He tried to offer the child food, But Amelia would have no part of it. His blood was reserved for her. Their baby would have to settle with some of Amelia's personal donors until she was old enough to make her own decisions about her meals. But for now, Amelia got the only say in the matter.

As the baby began to suck down the bottle, Amelia sighed softly as she watched the baby eat. While she was happy to be a mother to such a beautiful baby, she couldn't help but wonder if choosing to have this baby was the best decision. While she loved this little baby more than anything, she couldn't help but feel guilty. This baby would be a constant target. She was the only known vampire born. All others were made and yet somehow...this baby defied the odds.

Her thoughts were interrupted as Troy came up behind her and rested his head on her shoulder. She could feel his arousal pressed against her thigh and she smiled to herself. She did enjoy making him come unglued. Perhaps she could service him with her lips tonight until the doctor came tomorrow to clear her.

He asked what the little girl's name would be and she was quiet a moment. She hadn't really thought too much about what they would name their baby. All she knew was that she really wanted the baby to take his last name. Despite them not being married (or even engaged for that matter), Amelia wanted the world to know that Troy was hers. She had chosen him out of many and she had no intention of leaving him. "How about Tenley..." She paused a moment as she slowly turned her head so she could look into his eyes. "Tenley Marks." She smiled softly at him, hoping that he would be pleased with the name she had chosen for their little girl.
