What You'll Find Here

Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Lay Here Beside Me, Hold Me And Don't Let Go

i'm the hero of my own story, don't need a knight in shining armor

Now and always, the dark-haired woman would find herself aching for nights like this, so tangled up within the man that made her feel like she had once been so entirely certain no man ever could or would. It wasn't just the way that he made her feel beneath his touch, her soft and pale skin coming to life as strong hands moved ever so gently against every womanly curve, rendering her nearly desperate for him to never let her go so that she would always know the warmth of him as he kept her close. It wasn't only in the taste of his lips against hers, how his tongue would brush against her own and leave her so thirsty for more as though she had never before taken a drink in her life. It wasn't just in the way that his tenor tones would brush against her ears, deep and thick with wanting and yet so very capable of those tender and gentle whispers, having her only ever yearning to hear them once more. Truly, there were not words enough to explain all that he made her feel, how he could take all those old wounds, those jagged and deep scars once having afflicted her so, and make her forget that she'd had a life before this one. And what a terrible existence it had been... He'd taken those once clipped wings hungry for the world and given air to them so that she felt she might be able to soar on and into forever. While she hadn't needed him to make her whole, the French woman born the untamed spirit her parents surely disliked if only for the fact that it made her defiant by the likes of nothing they could have ever expected from their only daughter, she would never have believed that she would feel this... complete. Perhaps that was the best word that she could find. It was knowing that he saw her for the all that she was, that he did not view her as something Adelaide would always run from every chance that she could. He did not try and guide her, and he did not think that she needed him. Rather, he walked beside her. He encouraged her independence. He wanted to be there to watch as she took on the world, and if ever she would ever falter, he would be there. It was as though he was the very thing that she never knew she would want, that assurance that she was not alone in this world and that she would have someone to share in everything with.

Just as he was there beside her, Adelaide promised him that she would be there beside him in turn. This world was no longer her own to take. No, now, it was theirs. Now, there was not only her wants and desires, her dreams and aspirations that she would strive endlessly towards seeing become reality rather than a simple idea, but Taylor's as well that she considered each and every moment of each and every day. The dark-haired woman knew that the roguishly handsome man whom had so swiftly stolen her trust and her heart yearned to be more than what he was, even when she believed truly and deeply that he was so much more than what he saw. He was to her, at least. But, she also understood entirely what it was to feel like there was something missing, to have that yearning in one's spirit that drove them. And she wanted to help him just as he helped her, perhaps even more than he knew. There was no denying that the two of them faced their own demons buried in the shadows of their past, but they no longer fought those battles alone. With those tender words so full passion and truth as those unspoken feelings came rushing forth like a tidal wave crashing over the golden shores it warred against from the very beginnings of time, those depthless confessions to the way that one felt about the other having fallen from their lips and illuminated their eyes as they looked upon the other as if it would be the last thing they would ever be able to see, something more had fallen into place. Yes, this new chapter they would write together has only just begun, but Adelaide could see in those hunter green eyed she would never get enough of that he was just as ready to brave those uncharted waters alongside her and surely her own depths of glittering sage told him the very same thing. They were in this together, no matter where the future would lead. She cared not for the demons that haunted him, just as he did not falter simply because of the past that hunted her as his own did him. None of that mattered now. They would grow together, blaze their own path until they reached that destination behind the far-off horizon, and one day, when they were old and grey, they would be able to look back at the memories they'd made together. Alone, they had been strong... but together, together there was nothing that they would not be able to do.

Adelaide cannot help the immense waves of pleasure that come crashing down around her as Taylor touches her in a way that delved deeper than just her bare skin, those gasps only growing quicker as his hands worked at her core and their lips ravaged the other's locked in a passion fiercer and brighter than a thousand white suns. She may have only had that one night with Julien, she may not have allowed for another man to touch her since that shallow and arrogant pawn of a man, she may be but one of the many women that Taylor had taken to bed with him, but there was no regret or jealousy or uncertainty to be found in those moans that he coaxed from the dark-haired woman. He was hers, and she in turn was his. Tonight would only serve as but one of the many passionate moments she could not be more eager to share with him, her slender frame coming to crave his every skilled gesture as he pushed her to that height of pleasure unlike anything she had ever felt. She shatters around by his hand in that moment, her moans escalating in wordless approval and revelation. When he eases her down from that climax, she knows then that it was time she returned the favor, and so she gently moves him into that more upright position as she subjects him to her own talents, easily guided by the way his head would tilt back and those moans would fall from his own lips in that clear ecstasy as she intensifies those administrations of his manhood, enjoying herself the way that she could please him with such a simple touch. And yet, it was often the simplest of affection caresses that could become more powerful than the most lustful and starved counterparts, especially when each motion was precise and given the utmost care and passion. Before she can stroke him for long, watch in her own sultry delight as he leans into her hand, encouraging her further, he pulls her hands away and he lays her down beneath him. It is then that they take one another in that ultimate act of passion, their bodies moving in perfect harmony with the other as they seal that bond that much more. She shatters around him once more, calling out his name in glorious ecstasy as he continues to take her, every roll of his pelvis driving her deeper into the moment as she in turn increased the tempo as he grows ever firmer within her, wanting to take him to that vey place he took her.

She could stay in this moment forward, close to him, their bodies tangled together, and yet even the most perfect things had to come to a close so that they could begin again. And so, when glittering sage eyes look up to Taylor with every ragged breath as their passionate kisses come to a pause, she can see the muscle in his jaw grow tense as each thrust of his hips comes faster, harder, with purpose. His breaths become ever more rasped as he whispers her name and that alone nearly drives her to that climax again as the faster pace pulls from dusty rose-colored lips another moan of pleasure. It was in that final thrust that he finds his release within her and a loud groan rips through Taylor, her own soft moan answering him as he presses into her a few times more before he is finally still and that love-making is brought to an end â€" for tonight. She knew that there would be no way she would not want him in such a way again, already her sobering thoughts reeling with delicious fantasies that she pushes gently away for the time being. Instead, panting softly as the tension eases, eyes of glittering sage look up to meet soft hunter greens, tenor tones even gentler as he reaches a hand up to run his thumb gently against her cheek, leaning down to kiss her softly, Adelaide returning that gentler and affectionate reunion, warmth washing over her like a summer breeze. She smiles lovingly to him them, taking that soft hand that had lingered there on his shoulder and allows for it to slide softly over his collarbone and to his chest. It was not a touch of wild wanting, being something much softer and almost chaste as a thick lashes blink slowly up at Taylor."I couldn't be better, mon amour", she whispers softly to him in reply as her breaths begin to steady, her desires fully satisfied and surrendering to that sensational contentment. When was the last time she had felt so... blissful? She feels him slide away from her, sage eyes trailing after her naked lover as he disposed of the used material in the trash bin on the other side of the apartment. She runs a hand through her disarrayed locks of rich dark cocoa as the other trails idly along her sternum, simply content to watch him, drinking in the sight of how muscle flexed beneath tanned skin with every stride.

When he returns to her, he crouches there beside the couch, their eyes meeting in that wordless affection as he lifts his hand to brush a stray piece of dark hair behind her ear. Just that one small and simple motion left her melting at that fleeting touch, unable to hide that loving smile that dances across her lips then, a soft "hmmm" of nothing but pure bliss ushering softly from Adelaide when he places a gentle kiss upon her forehead, that singular hushed work having her melt that much more. She takes her own hand to trail her fingertips along his chiseled jawline then, finding that she enjoyed the subtle roughness of stubble there. She truly could not say there had been a night like this, where everything just seemed so perfect. And yet, Taylor proves her wrong as he moves to lay they between her and the back of the couch, Adelaide all too happy to share in that small space as he lays there on his side and she shifts onto hers, sighing softly as he pulls her close with her back pressed against his chest. Oh, what she wouldn't give to stay like this forever... She can feel his breath on her neck and her eyes flutter closed for for a moment as her skin delights in the feel of his lips against it. She can hear the tease in his words as she cranes her neck to look back and up to him, previously soft smile taking on a familiar yet subtle impishness."Oh, the things I could think of should you tempt me. But, bed sounds lovely", she purrs in those accented lyrics to him before he nuzzles into her neck and all she can do is close her eyes. Close her eyes and imagine all the wonderful that waited for them in the morning if only she did not have to return home. His next words have a gentle laughter tumbling effortlessly from her lips as she presses herself further into his hold, fingertips trailing along his forearm lightly."Yes, well, I can hardly help myself when it comes to you", she says softly in lilted words before moving out of his arms, moving to retrieve his shirt and slips it over her head. It would do perfectly for a night shirt. She turns to cast him a coy smile, sage eyes glittering playfully, hardly caring that her hair was in wild disarray as it fell around her shoulder before she walks towards the hallway. Pausing there to look over her shoulder, She lifts a single brow as she places her hand on the wall beside her all the while offering him a coquettish smile."Coming, lover?", she queries teasingly before disappearing the rest of the way down that short hallway and walks into the bedroom, eagerly crawling between the blankets as she hears his feet shuffling across the carpet after her. To think, they would have such a chance as this one! She waits for him there, snuggling into his sheets, slender frame shivering ever so slightly against the coolness of the bed as if to silently speak of how it craved for his warmth to wrap around her so that they could end tonight on a note she would always be left wanting more of.
