Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

She was pretty sure by the point that she could sleep in any position. As a coyote, she'd spent so much time curled up in a ball to protet her vitals and keep warm while she slept that sleeping in her human form with the use of blankets instead of fur just made everything that much more comfortable. She could spread out now and still keep warm. With the help of at least 2 quilts, that is. She still got cold in her human form but she hated wearing itchy clothes so she vouched for underwear for the best degree of comfort. She hated being woken up but it seemed Frost wasn't going to leave her alone any time soon so she finally decided to get up, moving to her feet but he said she needed to find a shirt and pants and meet him in the yard. She scowled in a pouty fashion and shrugged. "Fine." Then she went to her dresser to find a bra and a tshirt and some jeans that weren't so tight she might bust a seam the first time she tried to kick something.

Once she was decent, she yawned on her way down the stairs, taking a minute to stretch her arms up over her head before she headed out to the yard. She stepped out just in time to see Frost eating...a flower? She raised a brow at him and crossed her arms, having heard Nadya complaining on more than one occasion about something eating her flowers. She worked tirelessly on them though Malia couldn't understand why. What was the point of flowers? They didn't serve a purpose in her opinion, except to feed her boyfriend, apparently. At his threat, she laughed. "I'd like to see you try but fine, I won't tell her. Just remember I've got something on you and we're all good." She smirked and winked teasingly as she stepped out further into the yard. He motioned for her to join him in an open area so she did as she was told, turning to face him.

At his question, she shook her head. "No, haven't had that pleasure yet." Her usual go-to was to shift cause she knew what she was doing in her coyote form. She knew she needed to get some experience with her human form too but she didn't want to risk herself if she got in too deep and didn't know how to react. That's why she needed this training. He asked if she was right or left handed and she shrugged, not even really sure what that meant. Then he told her to make a fist with the hand she uses the most and she did so, instinctively using her right hand. She looked down at it curiously then held it up. "This one." As he reached for her hand, she raised a brow in question, watching as he moved her thumb. She snorted when he told her why he moved it. "It's not like it won't heal but okay, I get it. No broken thumbs."

At his last question, she shook her head. "Nope. I don't go to just anyone for fighting lessons, you know. Not everyone had managed to beat me." She smirked and winked at him. "Still say you were cheating but even so." She waved it off and nodded her head. "Any other sage advice, sensai?" Okay, so she might have been watching some action movies lately and stealing their dialogue.
