South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. death incarnate & night triumphant

It was the most fun he had, had in ages. His move to Sacrosanct had been nothing short of dull, the days practically bored him to tears. Though, he had run into several acquaintances from the past, Andras was rather surprised to see so many supernatural creatures gather in one place. As he slowly descends towards her, he's impressed that the woman doesn't step back from hulking form; he tended to frighten many especially with the mass of his wings. As he lightly steps in front of her, his wings snicking shut tightly behind him, he allows his arms to rest casually by his side, a look of amusement so dancing in those hazel eyes of his.

It's with her words that she had summoned him here that causes a brief flash of bewilderment to dart through those midnight eyes. He would play along, for now, he was curious and amused and it takes him a moment before he can reply without letting a chuckle escape his silky lips. Instead, he crosses an arm across his abdomen, the other extending gracefully outwards as he bows deeply to her, a simper caressing his features. "At your service, lady," he murmurs, those deep baritones so embracing her ears. As he returns to a standing position and announces that it wasn't polite to steal another's jacket, Andras can't help but allow that midnight laughter to escape his lips.

"Is that how it works?" he questions, amusement coating his lyrics as he eyes the witch carefully. He had nearly forgotten that she had been brought out here for a reason, that reason being the apparition that so pierced the veil with its scream. It had been an age since he had met another who had the ability to see the dead, most he had known had been driven to insanity yet this woman seemed in control of herself, no qualms of succumbing to that madness. Taking a step forward to invade her space, Andras looks down at her, a devilish grin tugging at the corner of his mouth, "Perhaps I would have lent it to you if you asked politely," he says quietly, their breaths mingling briefly before he's pulling away, his hands slipping so casually into his pockets again.

As she turns away from him abruptly, his brows flick upward in surprise as she calls him along as if he were no better than a dog. Perhaps if he were in nothing short of a good mood he might have really shown how capable he was of becoming a monster. Still, the faerie was curious, interested even and humored. He would see how far it would take him tonight. Shrugging, he takes note of how much gentler the woman sounded when she was speaking to the ghost, and follows along. Andras trails behind her leaving several feet of space, having to duck below the lower branches to avoid being smacked in the face. Tucking his wings in even tighter, he takes care not to snag that thin membrane on any sharp objects, he briefly thinks about sinking them back into his skin, yet, the male wasn't ready to hide his glorious wings. He would merely enjoy this bout through the forest in the early gray of dawn.

That whispered question draws Andras's attention back to the female, his eyes hovering the inkiness of her hair as he briefly decides how he will answer her. "Of course not, you had only assumed that she led you here to me," he states a bit smugly, continuing to trail behind her. "I would advise you, next time, to take note of who you're calling a demon, I can't imagine many people out there would take it too kindly," he gives a casual shrug before pausing behind the woman who halts in front of him. Waiting for her to turn towards him, he lets his wings slowly sink back into his frame, a hand coming up to point at his rather pointed ears.

"On the contrary, I take being called a demon a compliment, that's the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me," he grins at her, his position completely lax in her presence. Perhaps she would be warier now that she was in the company of a faerie rather than someone who is bound to her, though the male intends to do no harm, he can't help but allow that dangerous glint to dance in his eyes.

He simply wants to play.
