South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The young witch was certainly willing to follow through on her half of that bargain, even if such required the young woman to venture into foreign lands alone. She was well aware that not everyone grieved as quickly as she did, some souls were near torn asunder over their losses. Frankly, he seemed more like the dwelling vengence type but, who was she to assume? She hardly expected, however, for that offer to be so quickly shot down with an almost clinical tone to his voice - that assurance that she could never locate such a place without his presence prompted the woman's eyebrows to raise ever so slightly. "Is that so?" She commented in an almost musing tone and yet, the young woman hardly saw fit to protest. Rather, she listened in silence as Andras spoke of his need to return to that once ancient home, much less his desire to arrange some sort of transport for her - a prospect which apparently would take time. What sort of deal exactly had she struck here? He was probably one of those European fae with some magical castle in some ancient forest untouched by time. Serafina could hardly help the roll of her eyes at even the thought of it and yet, she remained silent on his assurances all the same.

Rather, it was the inquiry of her own home that prompted the young woman to gesture loosely towards that townhome down the street, the young girl easily led the way up those stairs and into that warm interior. She was unperturbed, truly, with how absolutely insane she must have sounded at that idle gesture towards the corner of the sofa, the space near empty for all but her eyes alone. Rather, the woman was all but continue to ignore that ghastly figure that stared at her, easily leading the strange fae man deeper into her home and up those stairs. Though the home had become hers by a way of inheritance, there were still far too many oddities the young witch was still learning of rooms that had previously been deemed 'off limits' to her. That library of sorts had certainly been one of them. The sheer volumes within, most of which were hardly friendly books, had near baffled her upon their discovery. Though she was aware, vaguely, to the presence of those ruins, Serafina had yet to truly discover the full extent of their protection as they dance around that wooden door frame.

In mere moments, that door swung open for Serafina alone, the girl easily stepped within only to point towards the corner of the room where that water was beginning to collect. Her gaze turned almost expectantly towards the man behind her, the woman readily announcing that deal once more with the intention to see it through. The last thing she'd expected, however, was to be rewarded with a mere sigh. Her eyebrows furrowed at the man's insistence that even he could not fully assist within that problem, that door apparently spelled to keep even him from the depths of it. Of course it was. Serafina could hardly help the fashion her fingers reached up to rub at her temple, the young woman entirely attempting to keep her own frustration in check. It took a moment before that almost exasperated sound left her lips, head head bobbed. "I suppose that is acceptable. At least it'd keep more water from getting in...there's a staircase over here up to the terrace above...maybe you can find the problem..."

The young woman was entirely purposeful as she moved from that room, leading her companion up yet another flight of stairs to a small room filled with windows and lounge chairs, a glass door lead to the roof beyond where several additional plastic chairs sat, providing the young woman with a sort of rooftop balcony all of her own. It was a space she'd hardly utilized to it's fullest capability, the roof itself was far more dirty than the rest of her pristine household. "I don't come up here very often..." The young woman admitted as she held the door open for Andras, entirely willing to be his shadow whilst he repaired all that was broken in her life.
