West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

She didn't have much experience celebrating Halloween since her former pack didn't believe in mortal holidays. Of course, their only activity was hunting on the full moon. That was always a full night of hunting and dancing and partying around a fire. Of course, she was never a part of all that cause she was too busy hiding from her father in their hut, hoping if he saw less of her, he might forget she existed and not throw out the usual abuse, both mental and physical. He loved to get drunk on those full moon nights, well, any night, really. Luckily, that was all far in the past now. She was never good at the whole picking out a costume thing so when she meandered through a store on her way back home, she picked up a mask and decided to go with it. She'd seen movies with the guy in the white mask and knew him to be quite scary. He always carried a big knife with him. That should work, right? Besides, she could make a knife appear any time she wanted so she wouldn't have to worry about where to put it if she needed her hands free or something. Perfect, right? And there was really no clothes to go with the outfit so she just figured she'd wear something black. Should work.

When she got back to the Ark, she threw on a black crop top and black pants then some black combat boots to finish the outfit. She tied her hair back in a pony tail and adorned the mask then made a knife appear in her hand and turned to the mirror. "Ta-da! Instant costume." Smirking at her own ingenuity, she headed downstairs to meet up with the others. She didn't really know what everyone was planning on doing tonight but figured she could just tag along with whoever. Wasn't there a Halloween party or something in town? Had to be on Halloween, right? Or she could go trick-or-treating. She was sure she'd overheard Raven talking about taking Tobias out earlier. Maybe they wouldn't mind a tag-a-long. Especially if she promised to give Tobias some of her candy at the end. She didn't have much of a sweet tooth. She stopped in her tracks at the bottom of the stairs though when she saw the others gathered around a little girl with purple eyes. Purple eyes? However did she get those? Were they contacts? Alexis tilted her head in curiosity before stepping closer.

She remembered the mask at the last minute and tipped it up so the girl could see her face and the knife disappeared from her hand as she smiled. "Well, hi, there. I see we got a new cat in the pack tonight. I love your outfit. Did you make it?" Her eyes twinkled indulgingly at the girl, hoping she didn't scare her earlier with the whole mask and knife thing. She glanced around momentarily, taking in everyone else's outfit. She lifted a brow at Tobias, surprised that a) he had on shoes and b) he was also proudly showing off a bow. She wanted to laugh. Raven looked adorable in her dress. Alexis gave her a smile and a thumbs up before glancing at Henry. He looked almost...inappropriate to go out. Didn't he know there was a child present? She cleared her throut with a scowl before shaking her head. Nope, she didn't want to know what he was. Then she looked at Tetradore and tilted her head. "And...what are you supposed to be?"
