West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The golden haired fae's adoration for the panther boy was no secret. Well, Maeve believed it to be a secret, but the girl wore her heart on her sleeve, her emotions as plain as the sun in the sky. And when he reaches out to touch his hand against those pointed ears of hers, so marking Maeve as a fae and not a were as she sometimes she wished she were, a tinkle of delicate and silvery laughter topples from her lips and in Tetradore's direction as she brushes golden hair back behind her ear, her face still hovering in that gentle smile of hers. "You should make your ears pointed," she says with a grin, entirely unaware that it was certainly not by personal choice that Tetradore would not have pointed ears such as her own. But the cream haired girl has little time to dwell on the differences between fae and weres as everyone begins to arrive for the Halloween celebration, bright eyes blossoming with such an innocent excitement at the presence of her friends. She only briefly once more glances back at Tetradore, an idea for a costume (perhaps for next Halloween) coming to mind. "Mmm, maybe you could be a monkey or something next year," she says in such an off handed way, entirely unsure of where such a suggestion came from, but a suggestion for the panther all the same.

She hears that groveled, rustic voice of Tobi and looks out at him from underneath, dark, thick lashes with a warm smile on her delicate features. He was certainly walking silly, that much was for certain. But the laugh that topples from her lips is not in cruelty, instead, she looks at this as a game of sorts, and suddenly Maeve lifts her feet high and slams them down too, though her feet create a much quiet sound than Tobi's. "Is this a new way to walk, Tobi?" She questions the leopard, smile stretching across her lips as ivory teeth show in her tiny mouth. To the little fae girl, Tobi was not anything strange or different. In fact, Maeve found him to one of the most fun people she has ever encountered. A different perspective? Surely.

She sends a beaming smile in Tobi's direction as he admires her tail. "Do you like it?" She asks the leopard, hoping she did his were form some sort of justice when she create her costume. "I tried to make it fluffy like yours." The child quite adored the leopard's tail, she was after all, young, and a girl at that, so to pet his fluffy tail was always a highlight of her day in the Ark. As he declares her love for all her were friends, she hugs each of them in turn, only able to reach up to most of their waists with her tiny, slight frame. The fae species it would seem, had not allowed her a great deal in the way of height. "Careful of my ears," she says to Tetradore with a grin after he brushed his hand gently against her golden hair. But really, Maeve didn't mind in the slightest. She turns back to Tobi and Raven only to see a scowl resting on Tobi's face and a grin on Raven's. "Dont be sad, Tobi. As you can see," she says as she gives a turn, rising up for a moment onto her tiptoes to turn that pirouette before landing once more. "I dressed like a leopard today, and not a panther or a wolf," she says with a smile. Anything to ease that sour face upon him.

Her head is filled with the thoughts of sweets and cookies, one of the most important parts of Halloween that is for certain. She had most certainly not been expecting a man to show up with only half of his clothes on. Maeve of course, was not a were, and therefore, modest had been impressed upon the child from a young age. Naked was not something for everyone to see. The nearly naked man chuckles and Maeve lowers her hands thinking he must not be too bad of a guy, even despite his lack of clothing. "Hi, Henry," she says in a quiet, shy voice, that she tended to use most often around strangers. "You have a boyfriend?" Maeve asks, suddenly curious. She was not so sheltered to not know that there were all types of relationships, but she was still sheltered enough to be curious.

So much is happening that it would seem now Maeve's thoughts were onto the next person to arrive. Alexis and her frightening mask. "Thank you, you are a pretty..." Maeve falters here, entirely unaware of what Alexis actually was. "You are pretty!" She just decides to stay, instead of trying to guess. She asks where she is needed and Maeve gestures towards Raven. "She's the boss," she states light heartedly.

It would seem Alexis was not the last of the pack to arrive, for one more joins them. Maeve instantly falls in love with the way the woman announces herself. "Thank you," she responds before holding her hands up as if they were claws. "I'm a snow leopard," she clarifies before giving a pretend growl. As the ideas bounce around as to what Tetradore's costume could be, Tobi's idea is certainly enticing to the fae child. She turns those shining violet eyes to the panther, her face practically illuminating with excitement. "Oh, yes, a Merry Man. That is perfect, now you can be a hero too." She is practically jumping up and down at the prospect. She then reaches for Mira hand and begins to move her towards the pumpkins. "We are going to put pumpkins on the table. She glances at Mira once more then. "I'm Maeve."
