West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

We were chasing the thunder inside the storm;

Of all the years she had not partaken in any event let alone dressing up, this year was apparently vastly different. There was not a single detail she did not give acknowledgment to for that very costume, the earthen haired woman made damn sure to go all out from head to toe. She hardly cared that it was slightly overkill, but there was that inner child that had wanted to come out and play. It had been so very long that it was denied. It put her slightly late to that pack gathering, but she was assured it was worth it. Those fucking gauntlets would be the bane of existence, that latch refusing to snap shut but surrendered... eventually. She could hear the blend mingling voices of the pack and perhaps some commotion as everyone seemed to be kicking up quite the fuss over an adorable little fae dressed as a snow leopard. Once you met a fae, you never forget that distinct signature and her senses were nothing short of astute to them.

It was Tobi's voice that the she-wolf was greeted with first, accentuating her name in a near comical way that drew her attention near immediately. "Hiii Robin Hood and Lady Marion." She nearly asked if they had any heists up their sleeves for tonight. She knew it went against character, but she wanted in. For now, the heisting would have to be put on hold if only for the reason that the Ark badly needed decorating before the people started filing in for the even festivities. Halloween had a naturally alluring way of pulling out that very mischief from her, surely, she wasn't the only one who felt that too. It was only a matter of time. At least Mira could only hope.

The small fae was a bundle of crackling energy, she seemed to flit from person to person like she imagined a fairy would. Her innocence in a world that was full of impurities was a welcomed change, even if only for a little while the unbridled joy upon that little kitcat's face was near infectious. However, seeing a child at the Ark was a shocking sight, it was hardly a place for children and yet she seemed to forge her place with an ease that even Mira had to give her credit for. She could hardly help that slightly amused look as the girl fashioned her hands into makeshift claws declaring she was snow leopard after Mira had complimented the adorable kitten. What could only be described as an adorable growl erupts from Maeve's throat. "The ever-elusive snow leopard." She feigns a gasp, "I never thought I would be able to see one up close." She allowed that warm subtle quirk of her lips as they gave way into a grin, to brighten up her own features.

Those glowing golden ember eyes then shifting as Alexis' inquiry which left an opening far too good to pass up, especially giving her current mischievous mood. Tetradore, clearly did not share the same sense of Halloween spirit as herself tonight. Mira could hardly bite back her own teasing tone in that reply, flashing that playful grin between the two. It would certainly be her personal goal to perhaps, crack that steely resolve of Tetradore, one way or another at least once tonight. It, however, surprisingly enough prompted a snort of amusement from both Alexis and Tetty himself. How did she guess? Tetradore had asked in that thickly laced sarcasm. Mira feigned a near exaggerated gesture of an amused shrug before. "Oh.. you know, I have my ways." That grin and near teasing gleam in her eye said she had more to say about it, but perhaps there was a time and place for all things and Tobi, it would seem had an idea. Tobi, left his fair maiden's side to join Tetradore, reaching for his own red-feathered hat, plucking it from his own head before plopping it right upon their Alpha's head. That all too happy declaration deeming him a merry man. That hat hardly made him any merrier, but the hat seemed to match his striking emerald eyes all the same. All the while being a sweet gesture to watch between the two friends.

"I think we are a pretty well-rounded group now." She admits after Maeve's proud declaration of Tetty being a hero, her pretty purple eyes flooding with such blatant adoration. That sweet little girl had a crush! It would seem Tetty had quite the adoring fanbase, not that she could blame them.

Now that Tetradore's costume had shifted from broody to merry man in a matter of moments. Thanks to Tobias' ingenuity, everyone had successfully possessed a costume. Mira almost continued her banter when so very suddenly it was when the petite fairy girl had shifted her rotating attention upon her after jumping up and down declaring Tetradore a hero. "If Robin Hood and his Merry man are going to steal candy from the rich, Tetradore at least needs a weapon." She unsheathed her sword aka 'godkiller' to the closest table close to him, so he could examine that razor sharp, gleaming sword. It was no dummy blade, sharp enough to slice through skin without much effort. Maybe she should have opted for a dummy blade.... Alas, It was probably for the better to offer the weapon to Tetradore just in case the little leopard girl decided to grab it, she hardly wanted for the fae girl to get hurt. "Careful.. It's a little sharper than an arrow.." She teased near good-naturedly in warning before drawing her attention to her newfound tasks after Tetradore suggested Mira could help with the cobwebs, that curse near fell from his lips but he stopped more than halfway through the word. She only hoped she would be so lucky not to let one of those profanities slip passed her own lips. It would appear she wasn't the most kid-friendly out of that group either.

The she-wolf took her own duties quite seriously, pumpkins and cobwebs. She could handle the two, she was sure of it. Mira hardly dressed up as wonder woman for no reason at all. The cobwebs, it would appear, would have to wait until those pumpkins were securely in place on the tables, or perhaps do a little bit of both all at once. Picking up a large package of that gossamer web, she gave Jackal an almost apologetic look before she returned toward the little kitcat who suddenly snagged her hand. She hardly expected it and her experience with children was altogether limited.

"It looks like you caught me little snow leopard. What do you say we get creative where we put these so people can find pumpkins well after Halloween is over?" That gently teasing tone left her easily as then Mira easily crouched down to almost eye level with the girl, to look into those pretty purple eyes, they made her think of lilacs. She was quite sure that child could get away with murder, she decided it best to not reveal that to her now. "I am sure we can find out where all that candy is hidden too.. They hid them well but I can tell you, nothing can get by my nose.. Are you up for a little trick and treat?" She drew up her hand to poke her own nose to emphasize that very point, that no candy would be able to hide from her tonight.

I'd rather be dangerous;
