West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

audette rousseau

A warm smile danced across the French ballerina's features at the declaration that she akin to the Swan Princess incarnate. Oh, if only it were true! To dance that part was but a wistful dream! One that she suspected her companion had no true inclination of. She hardly disagreed, however, the dancer merely accepting the compliment for what it was. "Merci beaucoup!" Audette responded, that French so effortlessly flowing from her tongue. Any efforts to continue the conversation, however, were momentarily put on pause as her companion's attention was drawn to the fellow who settled at Audette's side. A glimpse of curiosity crossed her features as she glanced between the two individuals, the young girl leaning back ever so slightly as Ray abruptly leaned forward to pull at the man's attention. The very action knocked over her pink, fruity cocktail, spilling the substance all over the bar top. It was, admittedly, an effective accident in garnering the Asian man's attention as her once delicious drink went all over the fellow's lap. Swiftly, Ray retrieved a towel, the liquid mopped up even if it required a bit of an invasion within Audette's own space, a fact she was hardly perturbed by.

How fiercely those apologies seemed to fall from Ray's lips, the French woman quickly brushing them off with a wave of her hand. "Ah, I am sure it will come out. There is nothing to worry over!" She insisted, the dancer was hardly worried, truthfully. Jeans, after all, were replaceable. Her attention, however, happily shifted to the man beside her as he made an effort to engage in a conversation with them - his inquiry, however, was one Audette was more than content to answer, her admittance that she was new to the area so surely assisting in filling in those puzzle pieces for her companions. Nevertheless, the French woman's clove colored irises turned towards her pink-haired companion, allowing Ray to answer that very same question. The last thing she anticipated, however, was the admittance that Ray worked here! Who would visit their work on their day off?! A baffled look crossed the ballerina's features, her gaze shifted inquisitively towards the man at her side at Ray's declaration that performances here were rare. Well, that was good to know she supposed. Vaguely she couldn't help but wonder why Ray's work chose their companion then if such was an abnormal thing? Such musings, however, were left unspoken as she astutely provided the man her attention.

It seemed, admittedly, that the Asian man was hardly that different from Audette in some aspects, the pair devoted to their own craft at a very young age and both fresh to Sacrosanct. It was, admittedly, nice to find someone as new to the city as she was, even if their commonalities largely stopped there. That sudden offer to show her around, however, drew her thoughts away from her companion, the girl hardly surprised by the admittance that this part of town was..well...lower classed. She had anticipated as much after her last unfortunate run-in with the undead. That offer had no sooner left Ray's lips before her companion added just how much Audette stuck out. "I'm not?" She inquired at the very notion that she was an.....atypical patron. Truthfully she could hardly fathom that when she lived here in the West too! "I see," Audette commented almost thoughtfully. Perhaps she should purchase baggy pants and oversized shirts? Was that not...what was the word...'gangster' enough? "I should like to see your nicer parts, thank you!" The girl added after a moment, her head bobbing firmly in Ray's direction for before the man beside her inquired after the very reason she had moved from her beloved home country in the first place. "I had a job offer I could not pass up." The ballet, after all, was rather renowned in some circles. Progress here would surely be invaluable. Her comment on her job, however, was hardly one Audette lingered on, particularly when the fellow's name was vastly more interesting. "Ryuji?" She inquired, her head tilting to the side as she attempted to mimic those very syllables he had spoken. "Ryuji." How...utterly unique! "Ah, I am Audette. It is a pleasure to meet you...Ryuji." She was getting the hang of it! A girlish simper crossed her sweetheart lips, the girl almost pleased with herself for her pronunciation efforts.
