West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'll spend forever wondering if you knew

Samantha Cassidy

that i was enchanted to meet you

Samantha had anticipated that it would make Kit extraordinarily happy to bring Troy back into his life - and perhaps vice versa for Troy - but she hadn't imagined how much joy it would bring her to see him as happy as he was. She couldn't contain her smile ad she leaned into him, happily to listen to the soft bantering between brothers. Her fingers trailed along the skin of his forearm, tracing soft circles with the slightest touch. She could feel his contentment, the young empath all too aware of all the feelings that existed underneath that skin even if they have never truly been vocalized to her. It was all she was thinking of until that conversation turned to the night Troy had taken her flying. While the memory was certainly a fond one now, even she could not deny the fear she had felt when she was up in the air and her legs had kicked for something solid to hold onto and found... nothing.

She felt Kit tense up beside her at the thought, and knew that he was angry before those words tumbled from his lips. Samantha's fingers paused on Kit's arm as she eyed Troy, a sheepish grin on her features as the other fae laughed at his elder brother. "On the night that it happened, fun was not what I would have called it. But yes, it was incredibly fun." She smiled warmly at her friend before her eyes fell upon her boyfriend. "I promise, we were perfectly safe. I trust that Troy would have been able to take care of me if anything happened, and even then, I'm not totally helpless." Samantha tucked a lock of hair behind her ear. "I was the reigning Fae Queen of Sacrosanct, after all." There was a hint of smugness on her features, the happiness of what she had once held firmly in her grasp well present on her features. "Ah, sometimes I miss being royalty." She commented lightly, very unaware of the history of the two men sitting in front of her.

The subject switched easily to food, and Samantha was happy to voice exactly how ravenous that she truly was. Troy was equally willing to point out just how much Samantha had favored the particular restaurant, and the mention brought a happy laugh to the young woman's features. "Dorian lived in a long lasting Medieval Italy, and I think it suited him well that I didn't let him use the stove, look how well he's doing now!" Samantha turned her attention to her boyfriend, a sheepish smile on her features as she eyed him. "Don't listen to your brother. Dorian is incredible, and one of the most important people in my life. I... I'll admit that we haven't been as close since I've been traveling, but I'm hoping that will change a bit now that I'm back." The former Fae Queen certainly felt horrible for her rather reckless abandonment of her best friend, even if he had thrived in her absence and her motivation had been devastating grief. Dorian, before the baby and now Kit, having been the one person she had felt responsible for.

Samantha was more than willing to hand her phone over to Troy to order the food, basking in the temporary privacy that that distraction would give them. The young mother-to-be wasted no time in her announcement of the daughter that was growing inside of her, that happy smile growing on her features as the excitement blossomed from Kit. It was as if their daughter could feel that excitement, the girl readily kicking at her mother and without warning, Samantha had ahold of Kit's hand and had it pressed to her stomach. "I don't know how you can't feel it, it feels like she's going to kick a hole in-" She paused as her daughter gave a rather forceful kick, and was elated to see the look of excitement in his eyes. "There she is," She echoed quietly, her smile stretched as wide as Kit's own as she grinned. "That's our girl."

Though Samantha stated that she had not put much thought into the name of their daughter, even she knew that was a bit of a lie. What girl didn't think about the future names of future children? Though that had died off a bit with her turn to becoming fae, there were still names in the back of her mind, and quietly, those names slipped through her lips. Her eyes flitted upwards as he spoke, and the moment the name was spoken by his lips, Samantha couldn't have imagined a different name for their daughter. "Ariella it is," She said with a bright smile, reaching up to run her fingers through his hair. She leaned in, her lips pressing to his. She had meant it as a quick, chaste kiss - especially with Troy nearby - but before she knew it, she had her arms wrapped around his neck to draw herself into his arms. Quietly, without thinking of if now was the right time to speak them, Samantha murmured against his lips. "God, I love you."
