West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Nolan certainly had more tricks up his sleeves then Tetradore had expected. He could feel the man invading the metaphysical bond between himself and his girlfriend, just as he could feel Nolan's powers creeping out towards him, trying to overpower him to take the were-panther as his own. That clawing presence, however, was one that the Alpha easily threw off, his willpower all but dominating Negan's efforts. Later, he would be sure to solidify those bonds between himself and Mira but, for now, the battle at hand held far greater importance. Their bodies clashed with an audible thud, Nolan's teeth snapped in his frantic efforts to grasp onto the short fur of the feline's neck while Tetradore's sharpened claws lashed out to slice through flesh. The distinctly metallic scent of blood filled the air as Nolan's claim to Mira pressed through his mind. The Were-King hardly acknowledged the assertion. Words, after all, were hardly worth spending when they would not win this battle.

The Alpha reached for his own affinities, Tetradore determined to see this fight come to a quick and decisive ending. Those shadows, however, that were often so quick to rush to his call, failed to find their King. The forest floor beneath him remained bright and pristine, free of those snaking, immaterial whips. A small frown crossed the Were-King's features, as imperceptible as it was in his current form. He knew what it was like to have his powers stripped from him. He was too familiar with that loss of control for it to invite panic. Rather, his emerald eyes turned towards the tree line, almost expecting to see another figure join the frey. It took a moment to occur to him just who was the origins of his affinity's failing...a moment that Nolan was quick to take advantage of. The ground split open beneath him, several thick, twisting roots shooting out and upward towards him. Tetradore had little time to react, the feline jumping away mere inches from their sharpened ends.

Their assault hardly ceased however, those wooden stakes flying at him again and again. Without his abilities, there was distinctly little the Were-King could do beyond evade and yet, with each merciless assault, those branches chipped away at him, scraping his paws, legs, and sides. His gaze remained focused upon each movement of his periphery, the man well aware that Nolan was attempting to corner him, to corral him...somewhere, even if he wasn't yet sure where, or to what end. Nevertheless, he leapt artfully to the side as one particularly large root flew towards him, clearly hoping to impale him. How...frustrated Nolan seemed at his inability to do any real damage to the Alpha, the wolf resorting to instead simply throwing all he could at the jungle cat. The ground underfoot began to rumble, the earth all but shaking as Mira's voice shouting in alarm. Tetradore had little time to attend to her, however, the feline all but dashing up the thick trunk of a nearby tree, throwing himself into the air. The vines missed him by mere inches, gravity alone was his saving grace as it pulled his body downward and back towards the earth.

Tereadore's feet landed with a muted thud on the ground underfoot. His figure was tense, his body wholly prepared for another attack...only to be met with stillness. Quickly, his gaze scanned the clearing, the man immediately noted the absence of Nolan, just as he noticed the roots that wormed themselves around Mira, no longer squeezing her with their crushing grip. A soft grunt left his vocal cords as Mira's voice pressed into his mind. He reached out for his powers, those shadows quickly responding to him once again. Interesting...it would seem he would only get one chance at this. He nodded towards the roots that had ensnared Mira with their moist, dirty claws, "You should be able to burn them now." Tetradore informed her, "If I'm not back soon, burn the whole fucking forest down." It was, after all, always best to have a contingency plan. His mouth was already filling with that acidic corrosive saliva, just as his shadows whipped around his feet - already he teleported in the general direction he'd seen Nolan disappear into the forest, his jumps small and fast, the were-panther restricted only towards the distance he could see as he criss crossed through the undergrowth, searching for the wolf that could have hardly gone far. After all, he knew the general direction the Alpha would - back towards the reinforcements and the house that was his fortress.

It hardly took long before Tetradore found the wolf, the were-panther quickly taking to the trees overhead. He jumped from branch to branch, moving as quietly as possible as he kept Nolan within his view. His shadows remained swirling around his feet, prepared for the moment he finally allowed them to overtake his figure. It was with distinct care that Tetradore timed his teleportation, those shadows spitting him out above the wolf as gravity quickly took hold of him. His mouth parted, his teeth latching onto the wolf's neck as the two were sent tumbling in a ball of limbs and fur. Tetradore could smell his acidic saliva as it tore through the wolf's long hair, and yet, the panther merely dug his teeth in deeper, letting what saliva he had bore through those layers of fur before finally that sizzling acid hit flesh. Nolan's screams filled the air as blood filled Tetradore's mouth. Surely, Nolan couldn't keep up his powers for long...and when that ability to nullify the gifts of others came to an end, Tetradore was sure to deliver that decisive blow.

My heart is just to dark too care. I can't destroy what isn't there

so if you love me let me go

Deliver me into my fate & leave me with my sins
If you still care, don't ever let me know
