    The North

Within the Northern vicinity of the city the wealthy gather behind meticulously trimmed hedges and high class victorian architecture. The streets are paved with stone, the buildings are made of brick, and the storefronts are brightly lit and inviting. In the North every establishment is made to cater to the rich and the wealthy. Many such places are used to the sometimes peculiar requests of the otherworldly but here there is little that money cannot buy - weather it be illegal or merely looking the other way. Vampires and Dark Hunters are often found upon these Northern streets, their long lives often contributing to their sizable wealth which allow them the luxuries that the North provides.

She laughed when he said that his lips were sealed, nudging his shoulder playfully as she said it was good to know. He smirked. "I'm an excellent secret keeper. At least I've been told." She grinned at him, but her face sobered a little before asking if he'd ever go back to where he came from. He scowled thoughtfully for a minute before shrugging. "I guess it's not totally off the books. My mom pretty much never leaves the local area so I'd probably have to go visit to make her happy. But just to visit. I could never live there." He knew that for certain. He turned to her, nudging his head. "What about you?"

When he pretended to get up to leave the table, she grabbed his arm and he laughed as he sat back down. She said that he could sit with her for the evening anyway and he smirked. Then she said that tomorrow he'd have to go back to his own table. He laughed. "I appreciate the generosity, ma'am. I'll try not to let you down." He grinned right back at her. He asked her if she'd seen any fairy dust yet and she told him that she hadn't but she'd seen plenty of actual dust. "I can see that. Dust tends to collect....where the ground is." He tried to sound as serious as he could but it was hard. Then she looked around, saying something about it being late and he glanced toward the doors, his brow raised. Yeah, it was getting pretty late.

He watched as she looked around for something before she found a pen and wrote some numbers down on a napkin. She told him they could hang out again with some whiskey. He nodded. "For sure." She slid the number to him, thanking him for saving her and he shrugged. "It was nothing. I'm sure you could have handled him but I didn't want to see the poor guy go home on a stretcher. It was more for his sake than yours." He smirked again, his eyes twinkling before he lifted his glass. "It was nice meeting you, Kat. Be safe out there."

OOC: Sure, sounds good!
