    The West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a certain grunge that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, instead letting the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

    Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.

    Warehouse District

The warehouse district rests just upon the harbor within the city. Many of the warehouses belong to corporate companies although some are used for less the legal means. Be careful when wandering this district at night for many groups meet within those dark, dilapidated buildings. There are also whispers of hard to obtain goods being sold behind those closed doors but you have to know who's who to get an in!

OOC: Just wanted to leave a quick note here to say hello to Pan's player, I'm Kite (Tobi's player obviously haha) tis lovely to meet with you and post with you!

His long fingers plucked easily at his toys, arranging those farm animals neatly, his lips parting to mutter those words to himself as he did so, the rest of the ship’s staff wandering around him or allowing him a wide berth. They had known Tobias far too long to dare interrupt his game or even so much as offer a suggestion. His mind was fixated upon the task, his lanky body sprawled out in the middle of the walkway between the upper and lower decks and yet they hardly dared ask him to move. His volatile nature and short temper along with his status as Beta of the pack assured he was left uninterrupted within his own imaginary world as he continued to mutter to himself, lashings of black hair falling into his equally dark gaze. He lifted one plastic cow, turning it onto its side for no particular reason at all, leaving it to appear as if it had been struck down by some disease only to peer down between those railings to the fighting rings below. His gaze swept over those two brawling animals below and yet tonight they hardly held his attention, a snort leaving his lips as he returned to his game, halting only at the sound of that distant bark.

His hands pressed against the wooden floor, lifting himself now, that gangly boy towering over nearly every other being upon that boat he called home as he made his way down those stairs and out of the front of the ship and past that long line of patrons waiting to get in. It took barely a moment to summon his own power to him now, those leopard ears alone appearing atop his head, the man looking almost like an anime character of sorts as that equally spotted tail trailed out from behind his very human body, Tobias pausing to scoop up that beloved appendage and carry it along rather than risk it dragging upon the ground and being trodden upon. His tail, after all, was his most favoured part. That pack bond led him readily to his mate then, the scent of someone else drawing his attention as he rounded that corner to eye the wolf. One hand reached out readily, resting atop his mate’s head before those near black eyes glanced upwards at the sight of the boy sitting atop the wolfs back. His wolf. Those ears flattered readily atop his skull, that power of partial shifting engaged once more, seeing those human teeth become decidedly sharp as that bared towards the boy, a growl within his throat. Tobias- after all- was a distinctly territorial creature. The age of the other male was hardly important- only that something male was touching his mate. Those fractured, damaged confines of his own mind unable to find that difference. Tobias- after all- was hardly sane. The man holding the mentality of little more than a child himself, in some aspects at least.

“What…..is it?”

Those fractured, broken words were forced from his lips. Even those few words an evident struggle as he pointed directly towards the boy upon Birdie’s back, his features scowling readily in displeasure. His mind struggled to perceive that child, some instinct, perhaps, recognising the unfortunate Pan as young- that alone so protecting him from that half-animal boy before him. Curiosity, however, had so managed to grip Tobias all the same, his head tilting slightly to the side again before he near vaulted suddenly up and onto the wolfs back, Tobias landing abruptly in front of that boy now, crouching in a fashion- his own long tail flicking from side to side as he leaned forward to sniff at him in contemplation. His nose wrinkling a moment later.

“Birdie is…..mine. Mine.”

One finger pointed abruptly down at the wolf they sat on. Tobias- like any dominant male- so determined to make sure this one understood his place, that aggression so seeming to have lessened and yet Tobias was so well known for his volatile nature and his utter insanity at times. Though how much he truly did or did not understand remained to be seen. Little about Tobias foolish at all. The boy entirely capable of having those around him believe of him whatever he desired them too. Far to many so given to underestimate him. After all, for all his supposed insanity there were few in this city so powerful as Tobias.

“Do….you want to….see…..my boat? I…have….toys. Maybe will share…..maybe.”

It was a sudden invitation perhaps, Tobias seemingly having decided the child was no threat to himself, those fathomless dark eyes watching him all the same before gesturing to the Ark behind them. That giant cargo ship he lived upon towering out of the water. The young man, for now, seeming to have taken a liking to the other. In the least, he had not yet decided to attempt to murder him. His gaze drawn suddenly down to the mottled grey and black of the wolfs fur, his longer fingers reaching forward to suddenly trace a pattern through them, as if his mind had become fixated upon that alone, his eyes no longer looking at the boy in any sense. Tobias so appearing for all he world to have forgotten he existed- before suddenly speaking- his gaze still upon his mates fur.
