    The West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a certain grunge that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, instead letting the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

    Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.

I can't help this awful energy
Goddamn right, you should be scared of me

This singular day had been planned for weeks now, that engagement marked upon his calendar to ensure his other activities did not interfere with that effort to spend time with his best friend's girlfriend. He was attempting to play the role of a good Alpha, the man certainly made a habit of going out of his way to touch base with those members of his little pack in a one-on-one basis. He knew well enough of the importance of the day, particularly to the young female whom had sobbed at his return simply because she refused to believe he was capable of transcending death. It had taken her long enough as it was to accept that maybe he truly had returned to them and so, even despite that near indifferent fashion he regarded that trip, Tetradore had little intention of allowing anything to ruin it. He was hardly oblivious to the way that idle comment that the pair could do whatever she desired seemed to prompt the girl to pause. Though it had been his idea, his own plan had been decidedly distinct. He was taking her here for once singular goal that would likely have taken no more than an hour after sundown. He saw little reason why the rest of their day could not be spent observing all she had so clearly been researching, even if it meant running all across the park.

Tetradore drew the young woman closer towards his frame the moment her hand settled into his own. His affinity embraced the pair quickly enough whisking them from the cool depths of that floating cargo ship only to plunge them into bright afternoon sky of that National Park. The sheer drastic change in light caused the man to squint, his eyes adjusting to that dramatic shift far slower than he would have liked. The smells and sounds of that world were the next things to assault him and yet, it provoked an entirely different reaction within the man then it did the woman at his side. Rather, to him, it brought a feeling of nostalgia. For several moments he was entirely content to simply breath in that pure scent of that air, the man entirely caught up in that sweet smell to really notice the way Raven's hand untangled from his own as she stepped forward to survey that meadow he'd brought them to. In fact, it wasn't till that excited sound of her voice that the were-King allowed his gaze to refocus upon her, the corner of his lips twitched upwards ever so slightly. "It smells like home." He commented softly, hardly explaining exactly what he meant by such an obscure sentence. After all, Tetradore rarely spoke of his youth before...well, everything. Rather, it was that notion of beating him that prompted a chuckle from his lips. "Darling, you'd lose even worse in a field. Unless you intend to cheat." It hardly would have been surprising if she did, after all, Tobias was the master of cheating.

Any further effort to indulge in that notion of racing, however, was interrupted by the sound of sneakers crunching against gravel - in fact, Tetradore was rather certain it was the sound of several shoes. His head turned in their direction, those emerald eyes fell upon that string of people that walked along that dirt pathway at the edge of that meadow, quite clearly heading towards some destination. His eyebrow rose as those emerald eyes met the blue-grey color of Raven's own. That small shrug on her shoulders was met with a similiar one of his own and yet, Tetradore hardly protested as she reached out to take him by the hand, tugging him on to that pathway to follow the rest of the crowd. He trailed after the woman, inquisitive, to some regard, of what they were doing and yet, equally as distracted by the sheer nothingness that surrounded them. This would be a nice place to have a pack - a home like the one his family had once had. God he'd missed it. He'd almost missed the large wooden sign if it wasn't for Raven's voice pulling at his attention, his gaze briefly brushed over the large letters on the sign. Those facts that near immediately fell from her lips caused the Alpha to regard her with a small hint of surprise, "I...did not." He stated after a moment. That was...well..a whole hell of a lot of super hot water.

Even so, Tetradore trailed after her as she took up a spot near the edge of the crowd, the were-King entirely thankful for that choice of placing, even if he hardly voiced a word on it. Rather, he merely shoved his hands in his pockets as those vibrant eyes stared in the same general direction that everyone else seemed to be looking, clearly waiting for something to happen. Tetradore glanced over at the young woman beside him at that question, "Oh shit, run?" He offered and yet his voice delivered such a line with a certain complete and utter deadpan tone. Still, he could only imagine what such an uncivilized race had done at the sight of what Raven described. Tetradore was fairly certain he was not far off at all.
