East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Her claims that the television was hardly going to hurt them are met with a scoff of disbelief, eyes narrowed upon the woman, entirely assured he had been right to be rid of the Hunter in the box, attention roaming back towards the broken apparatus with clear satisfaction before he moves to pluck the bra from the suitcase, head tilting to the side as he examines the complicated apparatus. What on earth it is for allures him entirely, fortunate perhaps that Nadya had not been given to wear one in the moments they had been together before, mind clearly intrigued with the object before it is snatched from his hands, the woman chastising him once more as he offers an eye roll of sorts, shifting away from the woman and towards the bed though the dark of his gaze continues to linger upon her, that....feeling within himself beginning to dissipate, that desire to be closer to her seeming to lessen as confusion crosses his features, unable to understand this confliction within himself, oblivious to the fact that so much of what had occurred may well have been the result of her power overriding the disdain he finds in touch and yet, the sheer satisfaction and relief within himself sees such thoughts tossed aside, at least for now. He is far to sated and content to allow his senses to return so quickly, entirely willing to remain beneath what remnants of the woman's spell remain as he scrambles onto the bed.

"Bed."

He simply repeats the word, tasting it upon his tongue, fingers extending and retracting against the softness of the fabric before he ducks beneath the covers, seeming to delight in the darkness and warmth of the 'cave' he has created, remaining under the covers some moments before he demands she join him, his own frame tired and no doubt just as sore as her own in some regards, his bitten shoulder and scraped back and chest protesting his movements now as those lashings of adrenaline and oxytocin begin to lessen, allowing that subtle and yet near pleasing pain to settle over him as he yawns, easing tired limbs down atop the softness of the mattress, content to remain beneath the blankets as Nadya pulls them up, his feet upon the pillow where his head should have surely rested beside her own, side lightly held against hers, seeking that welcoming warmth before he rolls once more, moving to right himself at last though he does little more than knock the pillow aside, resting his shaggy head between his hands in a decidedly cat like manner- though he retains his human form, head only just clear of the blanket. He continues to purr, at least, in as much as a human can, far too tired to worry about the slight touch of her form against his own, at least for now, still within the hold of her dwindling power as he mutters something entirely incomprehensible in response to her words.

Syn and Risqué simply hold not place in his mind in these moments, the boy blissful in his new discovery, the nature of his mind assuring he simply does not question what has occurred, at least not in this moment, entirely willing to allow sleep to have him, relaxed and calm as he has not been since he had so unwillingly taken up residence within the club, his instincts so highly attuned to the world around him that the vampire woman's presence, even in sleep- seeks to disturb him and keep him from true rest, the lack of anything at all Syn related finally seeing his exhausted form collapse into a rather hazy, pleasant, contented slumber.
