East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

In truth, the demure vampire had particularly little planned for the night's festivities. The entirety of her goal was merely to exist at the side of her Supreme. She was there to provide a quite literal shoulder to lean on, to bolster the girl's wavering confidence, not that Isolt needed it much to begin with. The vampire altogether took her back. She was astonishing in every facet of the word and yet she seemed entirely ignorant of the poise, grace, and courtesy she so naturally held. It was that, she was assured, that the patrons of the tavern and beyond found so enamoring of her companion and frankly, Chizue was scarcely surprised that too the mayor might choose here of all possible venues in which the city might hold. No doubt Isolt herself had some measure in his decision - after all there were other vampire run establishments too, were there not? Naturally, however, such observations went largely unvoiced by the demure female, the young girl preferring to be the quiet face in the crowd rather than engage in such things as politics or coaxing these unfamiliar faces to become more frequent visitors. After all, Chizue didn't often indulge in conversation with strangers beyond the simple pleasantries and this was nearly too much as it was for the poor girl.

Nevertheless, despite the girl's marked hesitance, she remained steadfast at her companion's side, a small simper crossing her features as the soon to be mayor briefly turned his gaze towards her. Her hand reached out to meet his offered one, providing the man with a small, delicate hand shake. "It is a pleasure to meet you." She uttered sweetly before falling silent once again, folding her hands ever so neatly in front of her. His gaze trailed from the soon to be mayor and the young woman at her side as the pair bonded over their shared heritage - one she quite clearly lacked. Her own gaze momentarily trailed over the gathering that surrounded them, glancing over the unfamiliar faces with a small display of inquisitiveness. After all, people-watching was perhaps the young woman's favored pastimes. Sometimes, when she was particularly lonely or dejected, she enjoyed making stories for them, ones she knew all too well were nigh improbable. Still, it was this silent observation that caused the young girl to be entirely aware of another vampire upon their midsts long before the woman joined their little group. The woman's dress spoke of some sort of wealth, her air of professionalism and confident hardly unmissed. My the people Chizue found herself in the company of tonight!

A shy glance was given towards her companion as her friend so unabashedly mentioned the small coven the two women existed within, the invitation perhaps far more bold then Chizue herself would ever offer and yet, the young asian girl knew well enough of her manners to pipe up just enough to offer some measure of pleasantries of her own. "We would certainly love to have you both, should you ever consider it." A entirely warm simper lit up her features as she regarded the pair before she fell silent once more, her gaze drifting between the trio with vague interest.
