East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

It was about power, some people had it and others only thought they did. There was power in the woman sitting in front of her; anyone who paid enough attention could see that. Was it overwhelming power? Not necessarily, but it was there nonetheless. What she sensed from Isolt was that she was still working on figuring out her own power and what responsibilities the title of Supreme held. Now, this was all assumption on Crishlyn's part, but she was usually very good at reading people. Further interaction with the woman would shed more light on it, and luckily Crishlyn loved feeding her curiosity.

The smirk remained on her lips as they studied each other in a momentary silence, she would let the redhead make her own assumptions as the interaction continued. It was then the woman's name was offered up along with her slender hand, and she grasped the other with similar delicacy as a chuckle passed her lips. Slowly she pulled her hand back and fingers wrapped around her wine glass which was then brought to her lips as she took another sip. Her bright blue eyes never left the others before placing the glass back in its place upon the bar top.

"I did, but it doesn't make it less a pleasure. I'm Crishlyn"

Once again she fell into momentary silence as she studied the creature before her. Though their interaction was short as of yet, she found herself feeling favorable towards the Supreme. Isolt didn't seem like she was starving for the power that came with the title, and that usually made a very fair leader. It was this thought that eased her worry that her own independence would have to be pushed aside if she decided to join this coven. Crishlyn could actually see herself getting along with this woman if she continued on this quest for allies. It also made her feel a little better about bringing Anna along with her if she decided to become a part of Elysium.

Little Anna, the thought of the child vampire brought another smile to her lips, but she quickly pushed the thought to the side for now. True, the child vampire was much older than Crishlyn herself, but she still held that childlike way of thinking. There was plenty of time for that later, and she did feel very protective of her little companion.

"I come here looking for an ally. Though the world seems calm right now, I know there is something dangerous arising. It's better to face whatever horrors will come with others who think as I do rather than alone. I've come to enquire about a place within Elysium."
