East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Tetradore was well aware of the hint of incredulous that so marred the features of the man beside him, what ever efforts he so attempted to make to explain, to some degree, the disease that now ran rampant through the stranger's veins seemed to fall entirely flat. A soft, nearly exasperated sigh so left his lips, the were-king hardly bothering to so much as correct his vector on the very fact that, to a certain extent, this complete stranger was entirely his genetic child. All because of one unanticipated bite in a darkened alley for a dog that wouldn't shut the hell up. He couldn't help but to wonder of that furred rat was really worth all of this? Tetradore certainly didn't think so but it wasn't his pet either. Nevertheless, he hardly gave up on the man, not yet, he owed it to him to explain that which he had inflicted him with, even if it took till the next full moon before he got the hint. It was that command to so look at him that reverberated from his lips, filled with that authority both as an Alpha and as this stranger's maker. He was pleased, to an extent, with the fellow complied, Tetradore meeting those crystal clear blue eyes with that intense hue of his so very green ones.

That very hue seemed to so jog that memory that Tetradore so wished to coax out of him, the man nodding with a rare hint of encouragement. "And how would I know about that?" He inquired, trying to so coax the man to connect those dots that he seemed completely unable, or, more likely, unwilling to connect. He already was certain he knew what the answer would, that this...Sterling...fellow had told him of that night or any other veritable array of excuses that he might be offered to further deny the truth. Honestly, he had never met anyone before who was as stubborn as this man was to consider the possibility that he was not alone in this world. "To answer your first question, yes, we are genetically bound. It's like AIDS, surely you know what AIDS is right? A genetic disease transferred by bodily fluids. Only instead of fucking you, I bit you. My saliva passed my genetic disease onto you, including my species and my animal coloring. It is important you remember this, if you believe nothing else. You now have what is equivalent to AIDS - you must at least be diligent about that if nothing else."

He paused for a moment, his lips pressing together ever so slightly in thought before he reached up to his glass, downing the rest of the liquid before placing it in front of him. The bartender inquisitively glanced over towards him, Tetradore simply waving the man off with no intent to purchase a second drink. "Come on, finish your drink and I'll show you, perhaps seeing it with your own eyes will help you start believing me and taking this whole thing seriously....course you could also be too drunk and just blame it on that and then next time we'll have this whole conversation over again." His words faded off into a grumble, the were clearly displeased about the present situation he found himself within and yet, it was entirely the simple notion that this blond stranger was his that so kept Tetradore trying when, for anyone else, he would have already left.
