East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

She stood there trembling along the blood splattered sidewalk terrified to see the injured she-wolf before her and the dead Dark Hunter. She didn't mean to harm another soul, it simply was not in her nature. Raven was a predator, but that didn't mean she acted upon that side of herself. It was with good reason and good intention. Raven hated being like this. Never before did she meet another creature that experienced what she experienced. There was no one else she could talk to, to share her experiences with what it was like to be a feral creature. It pained her when she went into these episodes, not knowing whether or not she harmed or killed another. If her Alpha or mate had been here then maybe she wouldn't be so afraid, she knew they could control her or at least help keep her at bay. Raven didn't mean to bring the Dark Hunter towards the other werewolf, her goal was to escape and have no one be harmed by him. It was obvious that she had failed in that endeavor. Blue-grey eyes watched the other as she replied, reassuring the peculiar coated lupine that her side was not bleeding because of her...directly. Her eyes widened in shock, surprised that she would have the audacity to take a knife out of her cheek. One grey paw rubbed against her cheek, wincing slightly as she glanced at her bloodied paw. Her worried voice pressed back into her own, the girl not finding the humorous at all.

"I probably would have, you shouldn't have done that."

Slowly she lowered herself to the ground attempting to try and calm herself down, as she curled up into a ball, taking it all in for a moment. She had learned the hard way that wolves were not to be trusted. How could she trust them when she could never trust her own pack. Mira's inquiry was met with nothing but silence as the she-wolf contemplated on an answer. The other was not pack, but she had the scent of her Alpha. Raven had no idea what connection she had to the panther, let alone if she was important or insignificant. What she did know, was that she was a wolf, and an innocent bystander. It had been such a long time since she was among one of her own sub-species that she wasn't sure whether she should stick around or not let alone trust the woman. As her eyes roamed over her face to her wounded side, a soft whimper followed as that guilty feeling within her swelled. Her grey dusted banner would curl up against her, attempting to comfort herself as she stared at the dead Dark Hunter. Perhaps she would explain just a little bit.

"I go feral sometimes. When that happens I don't remember anything. I do remember him chasing me, but I didn't do anything wrong, I was searching for someone and he came out of nowhere. I am sorry you got hurt, it's my fault."

Her grey-paws would cover her eyes as she whined softly. Of course she was ashamed of uttering her curse. After all her own kind attacked her and mistreated her severely. Who was to say this other wolf would do the same? Raven wouldn't blame her if she did. After all she deserved whatever sort of punishment the other wish to give. It would hardly make up for the remorse Raven felt.
