East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

She didn't mean to be secretive about her intentions with Malek. Really, she hadn't quite had any with the man. He was merely a friend to her, one of the few she was certain her friends might approve of. After all, it was not often their kind congregated together, it was only fitting to invite the only vampire companion she knew lest she was stuck as that utterly awful third wheel. Those inquires of the man produced very little answers from the girl, the Asian entirely certain he had to have a girlfriend of some kind. Or maybe a wife. He seemed like the wife type. Her internal contemplations of him, however, were interrupted by the sound of her companion, insisting that, really a girlfriend was hardly a concrete sort of relationship in the slightest. The notion of Malek being open minded to her cause a snort to leave her nose. "I dunno about that. Besides, what if I just haven't found my prince charming yet, hm!?" She inquired, eying him with a clear hint of skepticism. Maybe, Malek wasn't the man for her. Maybe, he was. But she was willing enough to wait to find out. After all, Chizue whole heartedly believed in those fairy tale romances. She didn't want to rush into something meaningless. She wanted to find something like Isolt and Damon had found in each other.

Such thoughts, however, hardly left the girl's lips as she insisted upon that piggy back ride towards the bar the trio so often worked within. She was nothing if not bubbly the entire remainder of the trip, wholly content to inform Damon of her thoughts on anything and everything they passed - at least, until they arrived at that tavern. The girl was near inclined to tackle her roommate at first sight. After all, she'd scarcely spent much time with the auburn haired vampire since Damon's return. It was a fact she hardly blamed Isolt for and yet, she couldn't help that she had certainly missed the woman. It was that which surly prompted that enthusiastic declaration that tonight, they were going out.

Chizue was hardly oblivious to that look that passed between her closest companions. Oh no, she had seen that particular glance upon their features many times before, when they thought no one else would notice. She knew that adoration that Isolt so often regarded her soon to be fiance with, just as she easily recognized that glimpse of lust that Damon so provided for that red headed woman alone. Usually, such glances between them were enough for her to duck her head and provide them with some moment to themselves but not tonight. Tonight, she'd already made plans for all of them. After all, when had the trio actually spent time together? Chizue certainly couldn't remember the last time. "Down boy, you can have her after our date night. I promise." She uttered, glancing backwards towards Damon with a small wink. Oh yes, she was so calling him out on that, even as she released her companion and declared they fully intended to kidnap the owner of that fancy establishment. It was quite clear that Chizue was not going to take 'no' for an answer and, thankfully, both of her fellow companions seemed willing enough to oblige the girl in that shift from her usual demeanor.

She was unaware, truly, that Isolt had too noticed that life that now flooded her veins, taking over her usually reserved persona with an injection of exuberant confidence. Nor had she noticed, truly, that Damon seemed far more taken with her in such a state. Rather, her entire focus was single minded. She glanced backwards at the man behind her as Damon was so keen to answer her, keeping that mystery alive with the simple promise that they were hardly going far. Chizue couldn't help the way her head bobbed in an answer and yet, she hardly expected the man's insistence to stay there. Stay there? A small frown crossed her features as she swiveled on her feet. "Yes, stay there." She commented before nearly dancing after her companion, peeking out into the dining room with a hint of inquisitiveness. That look of curiosity quickly turned into a near mischievous grin as she watched her companion so announce to the dining staff that the Tavern was now closed. Those patrons seemed willing enough to oblige, tabs quickly being paid before they mosied on towards the exit, some even only midway through dinner. Now this was an unexpected surprise. "Sugoiii!" She exclaimed, her native tongue so quickly falling from her lips before she caught herself, "I mean, that was amazing! Good job!" She quite literally bounced back to Isolt whilst the man busied himself too with the wait staff and soon enough, he followed suit, only to inquire their first stop. "Psh, you know where we're going. Besides, I invited Malek and I can't just leaving him standing there for us! I mean....I could but....we shouldn't." She nodded quite firmly entirely willing to lead the way and, in turn, allow that couple to do their coupley thing behind her back. First step? Karoke!
