East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Cause i've been dancing with shadows
waiting till the morning after

Those dark blue eyes remained settled upon the young woman as that simple inquiry of keys prompted her to near fumble in an effort to fetch from that jeans far too tight for Sebastian to feel comfortable digging through. Though he was certainly a sensual being by nature, there was a part of him that was still ever bit the gentleman. The Englishman somehow detested the notion of putting his hands upon a woman when it was unwanted and, with Gia, he was quite certain that it was unwanted. His lips pressed together as he noted her otherwise futile efforts, prompting a near sigh from him at that near defeated fashion in which she regarded him. Though she certainly seemed far more aware of her environment then she had been when he'd found her - this, it seemed, was still out of her ability to complete. "All right, daffodile." He commented softly, letting her lean against the facade of that building he'd brought her too. "It's okay, I've got it." The vampire continued to speak if only for the hope that it might at least reassure her in some fashion, though whether or not the usually feisty woman needed it, he couldn't say. His fingers fit in the folds of that pocket of those tight jeans, peeling the woman's keys from the depths of that skin-tight clothing. Sebastian made a point to ensure he hardly lingered longer the necessary before his hands returned to himself - keys and all.

He fiddled with that key ring, trying a few before finding one that fit into that lock on the door. It took a moment longer before he finally pushed open that door, the man stepping away at that growl of the young woman at his side. A look of momentary indecision crossed his features before he slowly stepped into that dingy little house, the man plucking the keys from that lock only to be met with the hiss of a cat. He eyed the orange feline wearily and yet, the cat hardly seemed inclined to move in the slightest. His gaze slowly shifted from the animal towards the young woman that laid face first in her bed. Somehow, he suspected she hardly desired any further assistance from him - not to mention that simple knowledge that night was ending soon. It was a fact he could near feel in his bones. He needed to return home. Dorian would be waiting for him. His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of the young woman's voice, those dark blue eyes fluttered towards her before he offered her a small smile. "Of course." He commented simply, hardly feeling the need to point out that he'd never truly had any sort of issue with the woman in first place. "Try to get some rest, dove. I'm sure you'll feel better in the morning. I'm leaving your keys on the sofa, okay? I'll see myself out." Sebastian continued, placing that keyring upon the ratty surface of that couch.

There was hardly a reason to linger, he was certain, now that he had seen that the woman was home safely. Sebastian hardly lingered long, however, before making his way back towards the door. He made entirely certain it closed securely behind him, even if he doubted any of the woman's assaulters at the bar would have followed them this far without him noticing. Sebastian drew his own coat closer towards his figure. He'd been out far later than he usually preferred to be, the sun was far too close to rising then he liked. Frankly, he'd rather go hungry then be caught within the glare of that sunlight. It was without much consideration at all that he quickly left that little flat, heading back to his own glamorous mansion in the North.
