East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

The young oriental girl still found herself surprised by how confident she felt. It was this certain sort of lackadaisical care towards how others perceived her, one that was not surely there when her demeanor was entirely her own. Still, her last feast under the male vampire's watchful eye had left the girl quite rejuvenated, despite the fashion it warped her persona. In retrospect, it was quite beneficial. She surely never would have worked up the courage to walk straight up to the redhead to confirm her suspicions. In fact, it would have been far more likely that the girl simply would have watched from afar, wondering without ever once intervening. Now that she found herself standing before the girl, however, the hint of nervousness that was entirely her had begun to creep in, pushing aside the personality that she had stolen from the woman's soul. A small simper cross Chizue's face at the appearance of Isolt's own. Her question, however, brought the newly turned vampire entirely out of her contemplations, instead causing her to shake her head in an almost energetic fashion. She slid into the seat across from the woman before realizing that she hadn't asked. Parts of her persona was still deeply engrained within her - those of politeness. "May I sit here? You don't mind do you?" She inquired, a small hint of embarrassment lacing her feminine voice before she moved on to answer the girl's question.

"Ano..." She started, the language of her home land still occasionally slipping through her day to day conversations. "No. I've just...heard about you. He speaks very highly of you." She added with a nod. Chizue paused, bringing the cup to her lips if only to sniff the coffee which so had a way of filling the girl with delight. It was a brief pause in her conversation, one that was immediately resumed after the gesture. "I think..." She added with a thoughtful tone, leaning forward ever so slightly as if the next words were somehow a clandestine secret to be shared only between girlfriends, "I think he's quite fond of you, do you know that?" Chizue's head tilted to the side as she regarded the female in front of her, ever curious if the girl actually realized Damon's attractions to her, or at least how he spoke about her. A silly bit of her was still entirely focused on her self imposed mission of helping the man pursue the lady of his heart. She was still far too obsessed with this notion of love that would surely never be hers, enough so that she drew contentment in simply assisting in helping others get what they so wanted and deserved.
