East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

All other things become oblivious in the wake of his desire to discover the object within his hands, crashing the oyster down upon the table over and over, much to both the amusement and annoyance of serval other patrons within the bar as the untamed vagabond simply continued to repeat the action before lifting it once more, turning the object over within his clawed fingers- as if to eye it from every angle. Why he simply did not choose to bite through the object as he had done the lobster and bones of the fish remains to be seen, his jaw power....astounding, even amongst his own kind, no material within existence capable of withstanding his teeth and yet he seems determined to bash the unfortunate 'rock' all the same, those dark eyes lifting to seek the assistance of his companions only when it becomes clear that the rock cannot be destroyed in this manner- that ever cunning mind at least forced to admit defeat in this regard as Damon speaks.

"Oyster."

He simply repeats the word, testing it upon his tongue until 'lobster' is mentioned, those fathomless dark eyes peering back towards Damon beneath long lashes near as dark as the black of his hair, evidently oblivious entirely to this word as the vampire is met with little more than a blank look. He is rarely given to know the names of the foods he consumes, blank expression displaying his lack of knowledge before his mind seems to dispel any further thoughts on it, his 'rock' offered now to Rosa in exchange for the pie that lingers before her, the scent having sized his attention readily. Food is perhaps the greatest of motivators for the man, so many years spent upon the streets as a child without it having resulted in an almost obsessive need to consume everything around him for fear it may well be his last- his once skinny, underfed frame having finally begun to fill out to the lithe and lean muscle he now possesses. His healthy condition, perhaps, the only benefit of having been Risque's pet, his ability to heal having hidden so much of the damage she had done in exchange for the food he had been offered in the nights he had spent chained within her room or too the bar beside his Alpha before their escape.

The gentle smile that adorns the vampire woman's lips is readily matched with his own as he offers the pearl from within the oyster towards her, entirely assured she will prefer the magical rock to the pie before her, eagerly moving to tip it gently within her hand before reaching for the pie.

"Yes, splendid!"

His words are very near a mimic of her own, mind having seized upon this word 'splendid' a new word and one he has decided he likes the sound off, such a phrase stored away within his memory as fangs sink readily into his pie with clear delight- a snickering sound of sorts hissing from between his teeth like a cat with the metaphorical cream. He likes this vampire, this Rosa, that much he has decided, the ever fickle creature a difficult man to impress and yet the woman's willingness to do as he desires has seemingly afforded her some modicum of respect from the jungle cat whom rules the western side. He continues to consume his pie readily, tongue licking at his lips as Damon leans forward and towards the vampire girl, the man content to listen quietly to their exchange before Damon suddenly moves away. Dark eyes lift from what remains of his pie crust, moving to follow the vampire as he heads towards the door, attention returned briefly to Rosa, one hand moving to wave her closer as he suddenly leans forward- as if desiring to tell the girl some sort of truly important secret, his voice little more then a whisper.

"Do you...want to know....a secret?"

Whether she did or not truly remained to be seen, the shaggy haired boy determined to tell her regardless, waiting for her to lean forward now in the manner he is sure one does when one is telling a secret.

"You should...stay away...from...boys...yes."

He nods, one hand moving to point again to Damon, the evident 'boy' she should be avoiding now as he offers the man a wary look before those fathomless dark eyes return to Rosa.

"Boys only...want to do....the kissing.....and the game.....and then you...get kittens."

That this may well be his attempt to explain 'dating' and a one night stand is perhaps not entirely clear as he nods once more, evidently pleased with himself for informing her of this information before he returns to his seat. A final seat of jumbled, stuttered words offered towards her.

"You should...come to...my bar.....the Ark."

It is an invitation he offers it would seem, to his own bar and fight club located on the west side, an entirely different scene to Red on The Water and yet Tobias is rarely given to offer such invitation, his like of the woman surely evident now as his own senses suddenly seem to alight, the boy pivoting sharply within his seat at the sight of two Hunters halted before Damon and beside the door. It is instinct alone that sees him bristle now, a growl of sorts caught within his chest at the sight of the very creatures designed to eliminate the supernatural, the tension within the room rapidly beginning to grow as he moves to easily swing to his bare feet.

"Time...to go."

Despite his often innocent appearance the boy is surely anything but, his bizarre method of behaviour concealing a deceptively clever, cunning mind, a fiendish grin already upon his lips as another snicker hisses between his teeth, hands clapping like a child before one hand lifts suddenly- one of the Hunters firmly ensnared within some form of...telekinesis, lifted suddenly up and into the air in the same moment, before being thrown violently from the room and out onto the street- an explosion of skin and fur seeing the shaggy haired boy disappear once more, replaced with the leopard as he barrels from the bar and out into the darkness- after his prey. Leaving only one Hunter for Damon to tell with, his payment for the food perhaps as the golden creature disappears back into the darkness, leaving Rosa and Damon to battle alone while he enjoys his newest meal......
