East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

The stars in their orbits

The way that Samantha moved oozed discomfort and hesitance but Nadya never once let up on her tour of the building for the young fairy. In Nadya's opinion immersion method was the only way for Samantha to learn how to control whatever it was that was holding her back. Nadya wasn't what you would call a racist; she just acknowledged the abilities of each supernatural species and it would be bad business not to utilize them to the full capability. "You'll get the hang of the stage, the others will show you your part. Lyrica is the lead dancer and she'll be able to introduce you to the back-ups you'll be learning from." Her pause at the back of the floor area allowed Nadya the chance to really look around and evaluate her business. Eventually yes she wanted Sam on stage but right now it was true that she would probably be troublesome for business at the moment. "For now I could use a waitress. You work through whatever it is you need to in order to not be so...cringy, get to know the girls and see how you're doing in a month."

Nadya's train of thought was interrupted by the man as he attempted to use his charm. She was of course very much aware of the man's sketchiness which had been why she had yet to accept his offer. However, she was unaware of the extent to his twisted nature. A delicate brow raised with a quirk of her lips in a smirk when Sam spoke. Theon's features twisted in surprise and then irritation. "How dare you..you-" Nadya shook her head slightly and raised a hand to silence him. "That's enough Theon. Your type of business has no place here." Theon looked as if he was going to argue before he turned and stormed off. Nadya turned her amused attention on Sam, regarding her with a newfound interest. "One of these days you'll have to tell me more about yourself and that ability of yours."

Nadya motioned towards the bar. "For now I have to get back upstairs to feed my twins. Go ahead and keep the dress you're in. I want to see you back here tomorrow night at 9 and we can get you started." She nodded politely. "It was good to meet you Samantha. And, just a tip about my brother, he could win a medal for his stubborn brooding but he's been through a lot so...just go easy on him ok?" Nadya cracked a soft half-hopeful smile at the girl before heading off along the perimeter of the dining around to the stairs that led up to her office upstairs. Whether Sam remained to wander or left...and whether she would return...well it was up to the fairy.
