East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Sebastian EllingtonI need to feel you again, feel my lips on your skin
for one night I could be him, no, I could be better

In truth, the figure of the young were-female was not the first of her kind to coax him with a feminine figure, gingerly embraced by the stiffness of a corset. There had been another before - months upon months ago. It was this memory of her -that half animal creature that certainly added to Carolina's appeal though. Sebastian remembered the luscious taste of their otherworldly blood. It had satisfied him in ways that the lifeforce of a normal mortal being simply failed to. He knew of her kind's superior strength and endurance, promising him that if he could so coax her between the sheets of his bed, he would not be disappointed. It was that promise of what could be that made the proximity of her enticing bodice all the more irresistible. He wanted her in a fashion that he hadn't particularly desired someone before. Had he held more of his wits, he might have found this desire curious - but as it was, the entirety of his attention rested upon the young woman and the lustful glances mirrored within her hazel gaze. It was a look that surely was replicated within the bright blue of his irises - that want that they both denied themselves.

Sebastian returned the warmth of her simper, even if it surely had a carnal intention tucked into the crevices of the corner of his lips. His gaze lingered upon her own sweetheart lips as she chewed upon them, sincerely contemplating his inquiry in a fashion that seemed to suggest there would be more to this encounter beyond the simple innuendo that had so far laced the majority of their exchange. Sebastian hardly minded this change of pace, however, this cat and mouse kept him interested. She was no easy prey - giving into him one minute before withdrawing from him the next as if she had every intention of ensuring that he worked for whatever reward she might provide him with. It was a game he was quite capable of playing. His crystalline gaze met hers as she slowly started with an ambiguous remark - earning her a small snort and a soft chuckle in return. At least, until she mentions perhaps the one area in which the vampire was not nearly as adept as he might make himself out to be. Dancing.

He hardly had the moment to protest, however, before she had taken the cold pallor of his hand within the tanned warmth of her own, quite literally dragging the man onto the floor. Dancing had perhaps changed too quickly for the victorian vampire's tastes. Although he had found an appreciation in the fashion at which the acceptable amount of clothing shrank, he had altogether failed to understand the twenty-first century's notion of dancing. The movements, the grinding despite being sexual had done little more than coax those vampiric desires he did his best to lay buried within him. That wasn't to say he was altogether hopeless within the department, however. He could waltz with perfection, he could tango and salsa and swing dance perhaps just as well as the professionals themselves. But this - this standing there and being a stage for a woman had somehow escaped his capabilities. Still - he was here and she was there and he found himself unable to deny her. "Tell me, sweetheart." He commented softly, his hand settling upon her waist to pull her closer towards him, "What kind of dances do you know?" If he was going to suffer through dancing, Sebastian would atleast make the effort to make it interesting.
