East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

i used to rule the world

seas would rise when i gave the word

He could feel her fear, the worry of the unknown racing through their veins just as much too was the unquenchable want for what that unknown too entailed. He was hardly able to distinguish any longer where her emotions stopped and his begun, his gaze darkening ever so slightly with the lust she had somehow managed to stir to life within his far too quiet soul. It was in moments like these, filled with such a raw emotion that the conquerer he once was came out within him, showing light to the mortal he had been so long ago. He could feel the small nod of her head at his request, and for a moment he laced his fingers with hers, stepping away from her only to begin to guide her up the stairs and to his own private loft. He glanced behind towards her as he guided her towards the bed, pausing only to seat himself at the edge of that plush mattress, his arms looping around her waist as he pulled her closer towards him and down upon the bed beside him. Although the dark hunter knew well that this was altogether foreign territory for her and although he innately knew that this too was something he should have broached upon with care, there was far too much desire flooding his thoughts and veins for him to put a stop to this. He was drowning in those physical needs that she had coaxed within him.

His lips found hers again as he hovered over the girl, his body propped up with one arm. His other hand slowly begun to move up her waistline, instead touching the flesh beneath the article of clothing. His hands moved upwards, her skin as soft as satin against the callouses of his own working palms. He hardly stopped his upward ascent until he paused in his breathless kisses just enough to pull the shirt over her head and toss it haphazardly onto the floor behind him, followed quite quickly by his own loosely fitting shirt. He leaned against hers, relishing in the sensation of skin touching skin and yet, rather than pressing his lips to hers again his mouth began to leave a trail of soft kisses down parts of her figure that had previously been inaccessible to him. Eventually, his fingertips trailed back down towards her waist but this time his interest was settled more on the simple fact that this article too separated him from what they desired, at least, he was relatively sure was her desires mirrored in his. It was getting far too hard to tell now.

Alexander paused ever so slightly as his fingertips traced the hem of her jeans upon her flesh. His blue-green eyes seemed darker now as he glanced up at her, silently asking her permission before he continued. Once upon a time, rape was a norm within the world he was born. It came right along with pillaging and war and yet, the Macedonian King had always held it as a barbaric act. It was such morals that had earned him the love of many during his life and even now, he still clung to those old ways.
