She looks on, wholly and completely unsurprised at her guest's meticulous scrutiny of her chosen lodgings. It has been Alloette's experience during her decidedly successful tenure as the curator of this establishment that a great portion of her clientele, vampire's chief amongst them, often tasked themselves with ensuring that even the minutest detail was as advertised. Were her demeanor of a lesser, far more fragile, caliber she might have taken to this ritual with a measure of offense at their doubt in the esteemed condition of her offerings. Given the nuances of her persona, though, the tempestuous blonde sought the challenge of their scrutiny; she hungered for the moment when the most captious guest would forfeit their search for imperfection because, truly, there was none to be found. She was, as she had promised, exceptionally good at what she did.

Alloette waits with practiced patience as her vampire companion meandered about the room on her quest for what none would ever find, the glistening aqua of her eyes gliding effortlessly behind impeccably curved lashes to move over the form of the other woman, scrutinizing her just as readily as she scrutinizes the room. The compliment beckons a smile to lusciously plump lips, a small nod given to her compatriot as the elegantly swathed vampire glides across the room. "Who am I to refuse such an offer," she purrs, allowing the mildly sardonic and presumably rhetorical inquiry regarding her staff to roll as proverbial water from her back. They were all, from her closest assistant down to the newest chambermaid, far more capable attendants than most would find anywhere. Her staff had endured rigorous training designed and oft times delivered by her own hands; each of them aware that nothing shy of excellence would be tolerated.

"Allow me," the young blonde offers, delicate fingers curling around one of a series of crystal decanters that sat atop the Vestry's private bar. Effortlessly the dark wine slithers in a crimson waterfall into her guest's dwindling glass before Alloette moves to fill a glass for her own enjoyment. A soft and feminine chortle whispers at the back of her throat at the question she is fixed with. "Life has far too many pleasures, far too many poisons... I am not nearly so narrow as to choose only one. And I do not believe that you are either." Her tone is darkly alluring, lascivious almost in the way her tongue caresses and curls about every syllable, an impish sparkle flashing across the expanse of her gaze. "Am I right?" Expertly she lifts the glass to her waiting lips, indulging herself in but a small taste of her own offerings, allowing silence to prevail for only the briefest of moments before the seductive lilt of her voice falls as silk around the pair. "Do enlighten me, Madame, what has brought you to our city?"
