The guy actually looked apologetic at her question like he was sorry for being confused or something. It was actually pretty adorable. He reminded her so much of Ashton, so shy around girls. Maybe she needed to be around more guys like this. Maybe then she could actually meet someone who would like her instead of just comforting her like she felt Henry was doing most of the time. It was weird, their connection. She didn't know a lot about human relationships but even she knew that much. They were sleeping together but they were friends, nothing more. There was nothing exclusive about them so really, Henry could be sleeping with other people and she would never know it. She could never ask him either. That would just make things awkward and they were walking a fine line as it was.

She wasn't sleeping with anyone else but Henry seemed to think otherwise with the questions he asked last time. Like she would just throw herself at strangers or something. He should knew better. She wasn't like that. Henry was in love with someone else but Malia wasn't even sure what love was. She hoped that some day she might get to feel it, if only out of curiosity for what it feels like. Henry seems happy when he talks about his love for Sterling but at the same time, he acts so sad too. Is love actually something she should want or should she run the other way? She was really questioning these things. Her mind came back to the matter at hand when the guy told her it was a fine question. She smiled in response, though she couldn't help but snort a little when he said that he wore clothes.

"Yeah, but it's just not that much fun. And it's so scratchy. Don't you feel uncomfortable? I guess if you wore them since birth, you would just get used to it." The past part was more said to herself than to anyone in particular but she had a thing for voicing her thoughts out loud sometimes. She didn't know what made him say it but she was oh so glad he did when he suddenly blurted out that he didn't wear clothes in the shower. She giggled, her eyes lighting up as she brought her hand to her mouth. She shook her head. "Neither do I. Wet clothes are even worse than when they're dry." She tilted her head, lifting a brow when his face turned red. Was he embarassed about saying that? Then he asked if she was okay and she smirked and nodded. "Yeah, I'll be okay. Just need a distraction so I don't think about it." She said it like it was the most natural thing in the world to be uncomfortable in clothes.

When she told him the jacket looked good on him, he grinned and her own lips tugged wider in response. It was contagious. He thanked her, saying he would get it before agreeing that it was her turn. Her face lit up at the idea of having someone to talk to while she shopped. This was all so new to her. As long as he didn't ask about money cause she didn't actually have any on her. Frost and Nadya offered it all the time but she didn't see the point in money, plus if she decided to shift, then she wouldn't have the money on her anyway. It's not like her fur had pockets. She headed to the nearest rack of leather, pulling out some skin tight black pants and a halter top that would show off her midriff. She held them up in front of her. "What cha think? Should I try them on?"
