I can see that Nadya has gladly taken me under her wing in the realm of shopping. She seems determined to only let me see the good sides of it, though I keep feeling the tension between her and Raven and this dampers my spirits more than they know. I try to keep a smile on my face, knowing that to worry about them would only cause more tension. I glow under Nadya's praise as she tells me to spin and I indulge her, liking the way the flourescent lights bring out the exotic hue of my skin. As Nadya calls out to Raven, I tense up and glance toward the dressing room, wondering what Raven would think. Would she disapprove of me looking like this? She did offer to pay for everything so I had hoped that meant she was game for anything Nadya was but it seems she didn't like that Nadya kept extending her care out to her as well.

I watch as Nadya moves to the door of Raven's room and flicks the handle, sure that it means just what it meant for me. I scowl, wondering if Raven will get frustrated and walk out. I'd hate it if she left me. As Nadya turns back to me though, I try to paint the smile back on my lips, nodding as I head to the dressing room, resigned to play along as they test the waters. I look through the stack until I find something else that looks cute. Deciding to try it on next, I change slowly, ever vigilant of whatever's going on between my roomate and my friend. I hear Nadya calling out to Raven, telling her to trust her as she tries to give out advice but I can already see Raven saying something smart back because she doesn't like to trust and she doesn't like to be told what to do.

When Nadya mentions something about Tobias though, my eyes widen. Look at her differently? Does Raven like him? I'd never really thought about them that way. Sure, I know she hangs out with him a lot but I didn't know they were anything more than friends. Does Raven want more? I chew my lip, knowing it's none of my business but wondering how she'll react to Nadya mentioning it. I was a little disappointed when Raven didn't want to come out and see me in the first outfit but I tried not to let it show, not wanting to dampen anyone's spirits. I hear Raven's soft reply to Nadya and my face softens, knowing just how she feels. Yes, trust is no longer a luxury.

I can feel Raven's emotions go haywire when Tobias is mentioned though and I raise a brow in curiosity, lsitening through the wall as I hear Raven whispering back. She confirms the suspicions with her question though and I feel my heart sadden. I move toward the bench in my own room and sit down, curling my legs up to my chest as I hug them, closing my eyes as I try to think. So if Raven likes Tobias and Tobias might like her, what does that mean? In my pack, it meant mateship and they move in together. Does that mean Raven will leave me? Does that mean we can't be friends anymore? The pain of loss grips my heart. I don't want to lose her.

I hear the doorknob turning as Raven walks out and I hear her talking to Nadya before she says my name. I flinch a bit, feeling guilty for my thoughts as I blink the tears from my eyes and look toward the door. What do I do? What can I do? I want Raven to be happy but does that mean I have to let go? Knowing they'll be looking for an answer, I stumble out my words.

"I...I'll be right out!"
