It is with the greatest ease that she descends from the loft that served as her office and living quarters for when business dictated she remain for extended hours. Paperwork was, perhaps, gaining momentum in its contention to monopolize the vast majority of her hours; the resort's ever-expanding popularity, the near-constant drive to provide ever more luxurious amenities for her guests and, a fly in the otherwise perfect ointment of her business, the repairs needed following the ill-fated soiree that Serafina had somehow convinced that she host. Repair had been swift and the bar in question restored to its former immaculate beauty; however, Rowena had mulled over further repairs to be made... individuals who ought to pay for the destruction they had caused. All in good time for she was, if nothing else, inexorably patient.

Rowena slides from the darkness of the service quarters as if birthed from the shadows themselves, her business attire impeccably pressed as it always was, her gossamer blonde locks pulled into a high bun... nary a hair out of its proper place. She glides through the lobby with an undeniable sense of purpose, determinedly traipsing behind the glistening marble-topped slab of the concierge desk. Pausing only as the demands of the gentleman at the counter meet her ever-astute ears. Having been in the business of serving the privileged for quite some number of years, Rowena and long ago learned the intricacies of this particular dance. Many things had been asked of her and her staff over the years, many of the requests commonplace, some of them unreasonable, and a few rarities bordering on the downright ridiculous. This, she was of the opinion, might have very well been categorized with the latter. Simplistic though it might have seemed, the notion that this gentleman would rather reside in the build-up of his own filth was a truly unacceptable idea to the scrupulous matron.

And so, she slides elegantly to the side of the pretty brunette receptionist who had been the recipient of his mildly presumptuous demand, a smile blossoming beautifully upon her features, though it does not dare touch the sage of her eyes. The tiny brunette graciously dismisses herself, presumably to acquire his keys. "You may have the room furthest from the door if you would like," she purrs, her accented voice itself deceptively soft yet utterly commanding. "However, it will be serviced regularly by our housekeeping team... at a time of your choosing, should you prefer." Green eyes linger upon him for a short moment, whether to size him up or simply look him over cannot rightly be said. "I do hope you enjoy your stay," she offers before turning to make her departure, the void quickly replaced by the flittering brunette who bears a rather ornate key. "You'll be staying in the Turret, sir, would you like me to escort you?"
