Many such places are used to the sometimes peculiar requests of the otherworldly but here there is little that money cannot buy - whether it happens to be illegal or merely involves looking the other way. Vampires and Dark Hunters are often found upon these Northern streets, their long lives often contributing to their sizable wealth which allows them the luxuries that the North provides.

We are defiant;

"We just met and you are already saying your sorry? Look who is talking dribble now mr.tall. You hardly look like someone who is ever sorry. Especially with that extremely high horse you are perched on, why don't you come on down so we can have a chat, you and I." She gives him a steady glare, violet eyes bright and wild like a forest fire. She just dares him to flare his bright red plumage of defiance, because she has mastered that art. She was not one to back down, especially when she has been somewhat kind, especially when it came to Harley standards.

Her eyes study him carefully, analyzing the man that would much rather be alone or more likely killing something. She could see it in his eyes that hint of blood lust beneath that simple indifference. At least he had that look in his eyes and they that he dressed made it look like he was concealing something dangerous, in hidden compartments and holsters beneath his trench coat. Or maybe he simply liked to dress the part of the brooding badass.

This time her eyes narrow. Of course she could have misread him, but Harley was never one to shy away from uncertain outcomes. Few people knew of her quest to find her parents murderers. But that was exactly how she liked to keep it. "I heard you speaking about keeping vampires out. Tell me, what do you know about vampires?" She blurted, but really she could have been wrong, it lacks the tact she had initially planned on displaying. Yet her eyes spoke loudly, practically crackling with resolve that she would not veer away from this topic or from his... off putting antics, even if he really put some effort into shooing her off. It was a chance she was willing to take and she felt her odds were pretty damn good. She takes a step forward, eyes unwavering from him, confidence exuding, concealing her own doubts. What Harley had doubts fluttering about it her head, yes, stranger things could have happened, perhaps what was coming next, actually asking for someone to help.

What started out as a simple drink actually brought her one step closer to perhaps hunting down the vampires that killed her family. She took the empty seat next to him, uncaring that he would have probably been all too unimpressed by her imposing self. This had to be the closest thing to a hunter she had found, this was her chance.

The bartender looked at her questioningly before asking if he could get her something. "Uh.. bartender, give me the best drink you make." She called out as if she was in complete control. Her gaze studies the bartender for a moment.

She turns back to the male probably wondering what she was on but she couldn't give a flying fuck, she may have been one step closer to getting what she needed. "You asked me if I wanted something, what if I said yes?" Resting her eyes upon him, her lips quirk up into a strange semblance of a smile, her body facing him and her head tipped slightly to the side. What a curious change of events.
