and the stars in their orbits shone pale through the lightof the brighter, colder moon

Most nights nowadays for Nadya consisted of wandering downtown, attempting to refrain from the call of the forest at the outskirts to run in her feline form. It was harder at night with the absence of her brother and Tobias to distract her and it was at night that she could get into the most trouble now. While her excursions with Tobias did tire her out some, after he returned to Syn she was left restless to find her own form of amusement. She enjoyed dancing and a drink but Syn of course was off limits so Nadya had ventured into a quieter place to try, though the owner was apparently less forgiving about the type of dancing that was regularly seen on the dance floor in Syn. However, it was still a place Nadya could get a drink and at least distract herself with some people watching...or practice her new power.

On this night she had donned a blue and black corset top, blue jeans, and a pair of matching blue heels. After finding that corset dress in the shop her and Tobi had raided Nadya had found she quite liked corsets in how they hugged her curves and accentuated her chest. It was also a saving grace that she had lifted some make-up and was able to at least lessen the sight of the bite marks Tobi kept leaving and hide the rest in the shadows by draping her dark long wavy locks over her shoulders. Tonight was a good night, all dressed up and with somewhere to go even though the someone to go with was lacking she hadn't had trouble with finding someone lately to take that spot. Her parents were probably rolling in their graves at her recent behavior.

Nadya weaved her way over to the bar as she casually took note of the others in the bar and whether or not anyone had decided to start dancing yet. Syn dancing may be off limits here but dancing in general was ok in the makeshift area near the pool tables. Nadya leaned against the bar, not having to wait long for the bartender to ask what she wanted. "I'll have a Vaporeon." It was a cute and creative drink of a children's game with a slew of alcohol which she had found to enjoy. She watched him mix the cluster of ingredients into an equally blue drink that quite matched her outfit before he slid it in front of her. When Nadya tried to hand him payment her features etched in confusion as he shook his head, indicating down the bar at a young man, though he seemed less than impressed by the fact before he stalked off. Nadya rolled her eyes after the old man as she slipped her money back into her pocket, grabbed her drink, and sauntered over to the indicated man.

She hadn't turned on her power yet, at least not that she knew of or had meant to, so was curious about the man and his free alcohol when she hadn't even been near him. "Do you always go around buying drinks for girls you don't know?" A small smile graced her features once she came up to him, leaning her hip against the bar as she faced him, sipping at her drink leisurely. Nadya couldn't deny that he was quite attractive, his eyes dark and contemplating holding years of knowledge while his skin remained young and untainted. And his hair, a fair shades lighter than Tobi's but with silky locks that she knew she would enjoy running her fingers through.
