Ow! The thought echoed within his mind as soon as the little animal turned to bite that soft end of his muzzle, catching him by surprise as his head pulled upward and out of her way. Sneaky....little thing. That sudden sound of laughter as she all but danced away however was almost surprising. The stallion faltering slightly in his stride at the sound of it. The girl seeming to delight in this 'game' of sorts that had engaged in. Frost momentarily taken aback by the notion that even she had perhaps found some sort of enjoyment in this. He was not used to play. Not truly. Games had been given away in his childhood years and yet despite what they were playing for in a sense the stallion found himself lessening those blows, at least as much as he was able, a part of him uninclined to truly hurt the girl even if it appeared as if he fully intended to crush her in those following moments. His was aware in almost the same moments that she was off just which direction she was going to run. The white war horse keeping his direction straight as he plunged forward to avoid trampling her even if he threatened to do as much before pivoting to come right back at her. That thought that echoed within her mind saw his own lip quirk if only slightly and as much as a horse surely could. The girl rapidly becoming agitated with his so-called end game. His patience having run thin for this constant hit and dodge. The man instead content to engage those skills his own species allowed him and in turn, perhaps play more upon her own weaknesses as much as he was able. Cheap? Perhaps and yet was not all fair in love and war? Frost merely content to utilize his own skills, quite content to keep the speedy coyote running and afford her little chance to truly land any further hits on him. The girl having managed to draw his blood far more times then most. Impressive really, for such an odd animal.

She dove for cover but a moment later by the nearest tree, Frost forced to swing wide to avoid it. Her submission a moment later seeing his swinging canter slow to a lope and back down to a trot. Those heavy, feathered hooves pounding at the ground still as he slowly eased himself back to a walk. That thick, long blonde mane fell readily back across his features, the stallion striding back and towards the tree now, head and neck arching slightly over in response to that victory and yet that equine form faded as he approached the coyote. The stallion replaced with the man once more. Frost so having mastered that shift with his clothes still intact. Preventing the woman any unwanted sight in that moment as he so crouched before her. His gaze hidden once more behind that snowy hair as he observed her all the same, the man silent several moments as he moved to examine his own wounds then, a soft snort erupting from within him before his lip quirked slightly.

"You did well, better than I thought you would. I will admit to that."

Praise was perhaps not his strongest of assets. His voice holding that same cold indifference it always did, even despite his genuine like of the girl. It was rare any managed to give him one injury let alone several. She was quick, clever, she covered her lack of pack entirely well and more than that she had been bold. She had spine. Something sorely lacking in the Were's in this city as far as he was concerned. She had value for those skills in the very least. That alone so inclining the stallion towards her as he was rarely inclined to others. His hand lifted then held out towards her the way one might ask a dog to shake paws and yet so placing a hand upon her head seemed a wholly demeaning gesture that man saw no need to afford her. Those whom were pleasing to him, after all, hardly deserved any disrespect. Frost sure to have afforded her the same gesture where she human or otherwise. If she wanted to learn to shift then he was willing to teach her, she need only allow him to forge that pack bond between them now. The man waiting for her paw to rest in his own hand before extending that more unique bond to encompass her and tether her too him as he was each member of his little band of women. The man easing himself back onto his feet now. Looking back down towards his newest acquisition.

"I almost enjoyed our game. As for your belief of my 'cheapness' so be it. Victory is victory no matter how you achieve it. You used your speed I used my endurance- I see no dishonour in that."

Whether he was inviting her to argue remained to be seen, the man so hinting at some notion of some ability to perceive her thoughts and yet he offered no further information on it. Shoulders shrugging loosely all the same before he gestured towards the path that led from those woods they found themselves in.

"I shall give you the choice. You can either come home with me and I will help you shift or we can try right here. I would recommend my house if only because it is more protected then these woods but the choice is your own."
