History; Isi became sick a few months before her change in 1998; her sickness made her bedridden and slowly started deteriorating her body from the outside in, thus eventually leaving her on the verge of death. A man who had been visiting a sick relative in the very small hospital she had been checked into walked passed her room and kept coming back until he explained what he was willing to do; she agreed knowing she might not even live through the process of her change and that she could die. Her hopes weren't very high in the first place knowing that any day she could pass anyhow because of her sickness. He allowed her to drink his blood and it started the excruciating process of her change to a dark hunter. Since then she has since left her mentor otherwise known as the man who saved her in 1998; after years of training and years of meeting others she's finally made it to this place; her motorcycle in tow with just a backpack on her back, with the few things she has only being a few guns and knives and the clothes she's wearing.
Personality; Isi can come off as very sweet, kind, and caring. But she keeps her heart protected as much as possible and if she gets pissed, well, she's a dark hunter so she can kinda go on a rampage when she gets mad; throwing things, fighting whoever is in her wake and definitely trying to at the very least hurt who made her mad. For the most part though she's very sweet and loves helping others as much as she can.
More about her power and weakness: Her power is any species or thing she comes into contact with if they have an impact on her a tattoo appears on her body somewhere and if she allows it to move, it will. Most of the time she doesn't like the fact her tattoos can move when they appear so she tries to stop them. Her weakness is if she falls in love, she becomes weak around whoever she has fallen for; thus leaving her weak at any point if they're within 100ft of her. Thus why she keeps her heart protected as much as possible
