Saying that he is confident is a very mild way of putting it, if anything cocky would fit him better. He has a very "do what I want when I want" attitude, having an extreme dislike for others trying to tell him what to do or say. A rebel and a troublemaker to the core, he tends to use his clever and sharp mind for less than honest means, whether that be through trying to deceive or manipulate. He is selfish and seems almost entirely incapable of genuine concern for others, he isn't known for having any sort of filter unless he wants something. He has a tendency to flirt, enjoying "the chase" even if it doesn't go anywhere. Due to his insomnia, during particularly bad periods, he becomes very easily irritable and what patience he did more or less have will completely shatter, making him unpredictable and nasty, though he tends to isolate himself moreso than normal from his lack of sleep.
Levi has always been a rebel and troublemaker, more or less from the day he was able to walk. Despite his parents being happily married and living in a halfway decent small town, he'd been unruly. While he never really had to steal to make it, he found such things fun. There had been plenty of accounts where he would be brought him in the back of a cop car due to things he shouldn't have been doing, and though his parents attempted to correct his behaviors through discipline that grew more severe as he grew older and more rebellious, in the end he ended up running away from home, tired of all their rules and taking well to the runaway life.
Power Description: He can steal the powers of others, making them unusable to the possesser and only slightly augment them to be better than the original user. **Downsides** He can only steal one power at a time from one individual at a time, and he *must* be aware of the target's power before it can be stolen. This is only temporary, lasting no more than one hours before he loses the ability to use this power and it is restored to the target.
